Very very good. Good pace and knowledgeable. Perfect English.
Kaori made our day in Hiroshima something very special. Through her empathetic and knowledgeable manner, she not only brought the history of Hiroshima closer to us, but also enabled us to have a different, more personal view of the events and, above all, of the people. We particularly liked her warm, open, and interested manner. Since we were traveling in a small group, a very pleasant and personal atmosphere quickly developed, in which there was also room for questions, conversations, and our own thoughts. We enjoyed the day together with Kaori very much and can recommend a tour with her without reservation. On a future visit, we would book a tour with her again at any time. Thank you very much Kaori, for this special and impressive day in Hiroshima!
While not strictly necessary for the museum portion of the tour, Sayu added much appreciated context throughout the experience, as someone who lived in Hiroshima her whole life. Also had the opportunity to view other hidden/lesser known sites connected to the horrific events of the bombing.
Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad to hear that Sayu’s local knowledge and personal connection to Hiroshima added value to your experience. We’re also happy you enjoyed discovering some of the lesser-known sites. We hope to see you on one of our tours again in the future!

We had an incredible tour with Hika today! He is in very good athletic shape and it made it so we could walk a lot to see many things! Hika shared the experiences of his family members on the day of the bombing and the outlasting effect on their lives. He was happy to answer any questions and gave us great recommendations for other things to do and see and eat in the city.
Our Hiroshima Peace Walking Tour was one of the most meaningful experiences of our trip to Japan. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and brought the history to life in a respectful and engaging way. Visiting the Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, and hearing the stories behind the monuments gave us a much deeper understanding of the events and their lasting impact. The tour was well organized, thoughtfully paced, and allowed plenty of time for questions and reflection. We left with a greater appreciation for Hiroshima’s remarkable message of peace, resilience, and hope. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hiroshima. It is an unforgettable experience that will stay with you long after your visit.

What a fantastic and informative tour. Our guide Kaori was fluent in English and took us into the history of Hiroshima's A-bomb momentum in a great way. Without her explanation, we would never have learned so much from the city and its history.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found Kaori’s explanations so informative and engaging. We’re glad she helped you gain a deeper understanding of Hiroshima and its history. We hope to welcome you again someday!
Our guide was Kaori. We've heard so many interesting things. And the tour is great fun for kids, with fun activities!
Kanako was our guide for the Hiroshima Walking Tour. We started out with an overview of the things we would see followed by information regarding the nuclear bomb that was dropped on the city in WWII. We walked past iconic places and were told stories of people who's lives were lost or forever altered. We visited the memorial museum which was quite moving and Kanako said it had been "softened" because the museum used to be much more graphic and was disturbing for some visitors. Shouldn't the suffering of war stir up horror and disturb all of us? I think it should. Along the way we saw a shrine, several memorial places, did some origami, and had a nice lunch. Honestly, I usually dislike guided tours because you are rushed from one thing to another and have very little time to just take it all in. Kanako presented her information professionally while allowing time for reflection, restroom breaks, and souvenirs. It didn't feel rushed. I enjoyed our guide, the tour, and the lunch.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt review. We're truly grateful that you took the time to share your experience. We're delighted to hear that Kanako helped create a meaningful and memorable tour through Hiroshima. Her thoughtful approach, professionalism, and ability to balance historical information with time for reflection are qualities we deeply value, and we'll be sure to share your kind words with her. Hiroshima's history is deeply moving, and we're glad the tour gave you the opportunity to reflect while visiting the city's important memorials, shrine, and museum. We're also pleased that you appreciated the pace of the tour and enjoyed the lunch as part of the experience. Thank you again for your recommendation and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We hope to welcome you back on another tour in Japan in the future.
