The meeting point is We meet at Huckleberry Roasters in Denver and carpool from there to the trailhead. We encourage hikers to provide their own transportation, but we are able to drive you if you don't have a vehicle. We recommend arriving 30 mins early to try the delicious coffee and breakfast burritos at Huckleberry!. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

Cheryl was a really great guide. It was only my girlfriend and I on the hike and so we really felt special. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and fun person. We enjoyed the time spent on the hike just chatting.

I had such a great time on this tour with Madison as our guide. I joined as a solo traveler and felt completely comfortable with Madison and the rest of the group from the outset. Her knowledge of local flora and fauna, area history, and things to do around Denver was incredible, and she did an excellent job tailoring the hike to suit everyone’s needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Adrienne! It ended up being a solo hike (just me with Adrienne), and by the end, we were old friends. The hike itself was beautiful, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC about taking amazing pictures. She gave really clear directions about where to meet, and we were able to add on an extra bit at the end. She was knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Suggestions: wear layers, sunscreen, some good hiking shoes, warm clothes (for 45* in December, I wore yoga pants covered by fleece-lined leggings (2 layers) and several layers of shirts and sweaters), gloves, a scarf, and a warm beanie. Even though I live in Tennessee, with the proper attire, the cold wind didn't bother me at all. Bring sunglasses, water, a snack, and a backpack to carry your stuff in. Such an amazing experience! Adrienne was a perfect guide and photographer for this trip. She was also very knowledgeable about the history and different plants/trees around the area. Not only were the views breathtaking but it was really cool to be able to learn the history behind the different areas we hiked. Adrienne was so sweet and helpful from the time we booked the hike to even after the hike. Little did I know at the time, but she filmed my fiancé proposing to me! 10/10 would recommend this hike AND with the amazing Adrienne. Thank you again!
