Disappointed
It was cancelled by the organizer when there was a practice with no flights for two days. Poor that you could even book these days through Tipadvisor. Had we known this, we would not have had to pay 9,203 SEK + return trip in almost two hours. Without experiencing a dream to fly a helicopter over Miami

This cancellation was due to a last-minute Presidential Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, which legally prohibited all civilian flights in the area. This was completely outside of our control.
As soon as we received your booking through Viator, we contacted you to inform you of the restriction and offered the option to reschedule, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
While we understand your disappointment, this review reflects circumstances caused by federal airspace restrictions rather than an experience with our company.

Best view!
Looking at photos and realized we never left a review from last summer! 100% the coolest thing we did and one of my top 5 things ever. Our pilot was professional, friendly AND took us to see the sharks. Highly recommend!

Would definitely do again
Absolutely loved it. I’ve been on a couple helicopter rides before but this one was even more cool. They flew us over the city part which was nice on the way down, then once we hit the Miami area, they turned around and headed up over the ocean. Only disappointing thing is because you fly 2 different routes, on the way down to Miami and on the way back up, you don’t get to really experience the same view as the person next to you. For instance, my sister sat on the left so when we were coming up north from Miami, she got the view of the hotels and shallow waters to see stingrays and sharks, and since I was on the right side, I got the view of the ocean where it’s deep so I didn’t get to see any sharks or anything like that. It was still so beautiful though!!

Fun experience
The pilot and staff were great! Pointed out some sharks and talked about the area. Wish our headsets were working so we could ask questions, didn’t seem to be able to hear us. Worth it for the views!

Coolest experience!!
This was a fun mother/daughter outing. It was my first time in helicopter tour and def won’t be the last. The helicopter pilot was super friendly and cool and the ride was very smooth. I recommend Keen Fly to anyone!!!

Amazing views from sky...
Amazing views from sky line. I would recommend this and even do it myself again. I went with my wife and it was her first time on a helicopter and she loved the experience. Pilot provided brief descriptions of everything that we were flying over and was nice.

So much fun!
This tour is so much fun! Easy to get to this airport and just a no stress tour. The views are beautiful and we took some great pictures! What a relaxing view of Miami.
