The guide had very poor English so very difficult to understand. Very disappointed in what we were shown .
Really enjoyed this tour - Will was a great knowledgeable guide who shared lots of interesting information with us. Only issue was with the cyclo driver at the end who tried to bully us to give a larger tip. Thankfully the guide appeared and sent him off.
a good place to spend a few hours of your time to learn about the city's history. you might do quite a bit of walking around the old quarters so choose the time of year when it's not so hot

The trip was really enjoyable with the guide we had, accommodating and providing great information on the sights we visited. would recommend using this company if you only have half day to enjoy Hanoi
