18:00 Our mainly female drivers and tour guide of Motorbike City Tours will meet you at your hotel lobby for a safety briefing and detailed itinerary of your journey. We use a fleet of brand new Honda Lead scooters equipped with passenger backrests for comfort, you feel like you are in a lounge chair, not hanging on tightly as some bikes you may do. The first stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours, we stop at local eatery Hanoians claim is the best spot for Banh Cuon (steamed rolled cake) in town. The skilled chef will demonstrate for us how the ingredients are put together as we get to experience a front row seat to the culinary process. Our tour continues weaving through the streets bathed in the glow of colorful lanterns and decorative lights in the Old Quarter as we ride along the bank of the Red River to take in the views of Hanoi under the cover of night.

The second stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours leads us to one of Hanoi’s most prominent family run restaurants where you will get to enjoy Bun Cha( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle). You’ll be taken on a ride over to West Lake to enjoy the scenery before arriving at Ngu Xa village to try Freshly grilled seafood and some different Hanoian version of Pho and Banana salads and other traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Pass by

The third stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours, you will be taken past the Ho Chi Minh memorial where guards can be seen performing their nightly ceremonies. Nothing captures the reverence and sanctity that the Vietnamese hold for Ho Chi Minh more than these nightly ceremonies. Following, we will head into the densely packed streets of Hanoi to the train tracks where locals cook, relax, and sell their wares. It is a bustling alley full of locals going about their nightly lives, right next to active train tracks!

The last stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours winds down with a stop to a popular cafe to try the famous Vietnamese egg coffee and a top secret desert which you only know when you travel with us! First invented in 1946, it’s a delicacy of whipped egg yolk with sugar and condensed milk for sweetness, and just a drop of vinegar to fluff the eggs. This is floated on top of a shot of espresso and dusted with cocoa powder. The end result is a coffee experience like no other, and a taste and texture reminiscent of tiramisu. or enjoy yummy Mango Pudding and Caramel dessert in place popular with locals.

Best tour in Hanoi!!!!!

Linh made this tour one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Vietnam. She was spectacular—smart, fun, personable, and genuinely kind. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands. She expertly organized every stop with her team and navigated Hanoi’s chaotic traffic with incredible confidence and professionalism. At all times, we felt completely safe on the back of her motorbike. What made this experience so special was how much insight she shared along the way. She introduced us to authentic local restaurants where Hanoi residents actually eat, explained each dish, described how it was prepared, and even showed us the best way to enjoy it. Seeing Hanoi from a motorbike completely changed our perspective of the city. As we traveled between restaurants, Linh pointed out neighborhoods, landmarks, and iconic sites, giving us a much deeper appreciation for the culture and history of the city. The entire evening was seamless—absolutely zero stress and nothing but fun. The food was incredible and perfectly paced. It was obvious that Linh has built strong relationships with the restaurant staff because the level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional. We always had great seating, and she sat with us to make sure we understood every dish and had the best possible experience. What impressed us most was how invested she was in making sure we enjoyed ourselves. This wasn’t just another tour for her—she truly cared about creating a memorable experience. We loved it

That was the best food tour we’ve ever taken!! We did the tour with Melony, Aly, and Hoa and had a blast! They were amazing guides <3 The three of them were so sweet and funny, and we felt totally safe on the mopeds, too! They not only showed us the best food spots but also other sights along the way and shared interesting facts about Hanoi. The different stops were just perfectly chosen: super delicious and varied 😍. We’d already been traveling in Vietnam for two weeks and hadn’t tried almost any of these dishes until then. They were just so typical of Hanoi. We probably wouldn’t have found all these great little spots on our own in such a short time. We highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Hanoi in an authentic, delicious, and fun way! Well worth doing!

Linh & her girl bikies were a part of our Hanoi experience we won’t forget! Saw so many of Hanoi’s important buildings and visited many food places where the locals eat! Delicious food, Linh was very knowledgeable & shared so many details about the culture. Felt very safe and comfortable on the bikes. The train street is interesting, glad we got to see that too! Highly recommend 🫶🏻

A must do when in Hà Nội!

A fantastic evening for the whole family(our kids are 20 and 17). So much superb local food, great information shared by the guides. The bikes were amazing and the women were awesome. A massive thanks go to Kim, Dana, Bong, Trang, Hoa.
