I did this cooking class with a group of friends and we had the most amazing time. Cya and Pilko were great instructors and shared so much knowledge with us. The food was amazing and we got the opportunity to try lots of different fruits (the mangostene was delicious). Would definitely recommend this class!
Had an amazing time at this cooking class with Cya and Pilko, lived up to my expectations! They had such amazing knowledge of the local cuisine and also showed lots of interest in our travels and culture! Would 100% recommend.
Our fabulous and friendly cooking teachers cya and pilko were amazing!!! We had such a good time and learned a lot about cooking and Vietnams beautiful culture. They were so fun and funny and was a highlight of our Hanoi trip!!! Thank you so much we love you!!!! I loved the spring rolls and learning how to make egg coffee. I especially loved the mangosteen from the mangosteen queen herself.
Most incredible experience. Cya and Pilko were so kind and welcoming. Cya’s knowledge was unbeatable and she told us so much about each dish. Felt like we were cooking with new friends! Food was also absolutely delicious (dare I say best I’ve had in Vietnam!). I loved the pho and the mangosteen so much. Cant wait to make everything back in England. Thank you!
We have had a fantastic experience. First we visited the local market, where we bought all kinds of new fruits and tasted fresh cane sugar juice, delicious! Kira showed us how to prepare authentic local dishes, after which we got started ourselves. Everything ate, of course, and what was left we were allowed to take with us. We finished by making our own egg coffee. A perfect ending to a super fun activity. Thank you Kira!
Great introduction to Vietnamese cooking….we had an excellent guide Cha who was very kind and considerate to our granddaughter. We enjoyed all aspects of the evening- from learning how to chose fruit to making egg coffee!
Very fun and educational tour with mass and food and exciting stories
Fun experience to walk through a typical local market to buy some local ingredients. Food experience was great. Ruby, our host and guide, took the time to explain traditional foods and local versions of the food we were preparing. She was patient and answered the constant questions from our kids. Great experience and great host/guide!
