Great day seeing Hanoi
Our tour guide Chien and driver Hien picked us up at the hotel and took us on our tour of Hanoi. It was our first time in Hanoi so having them show us around help make the best use of our day. Amazing experience with our tour in Hanoi
We had a wonderful experience on our first trip to Hanoi. Our guide, Chris, was amazing—he assisted us throughout the tour and took us to remarkable sights, especially the best spot on Train Street. He’s very knowledgeable and explained the history of each place in an engaging way, never boring. As a bonus, he’s also a great photographer! What truly set this experience apart was the personal attention and local expertise of our guide, who spent the day walking us through Hanoi’s vibrant streets, sharing the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems in a way that felt like we were exploring with a knowledgeable friend rather than a tour guide.
The itinerary was perfectly curated. We visited many of Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks while also discovering local spots we never would have found on our own. The food experience was outstanding. The coffee stops were equally fantastic. We enjoyed some of the best Vietnamese coffee we’ve ever tasted while learning about Hanoi’s famous coffee culture. Every recommendation was spot-on.
What impressed us most was how seamless and personalized the experience felt. The guide constantly adjusted the pace to match our family, answered every question, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. It never felt rushed or overly scripted.
We’ve traveled extensively throughout the world, and this was easily one of the best private city tours we’ve ever experienced. If you want to see the real Hanoi, enjoy amazing food, learn about the culture, and create lasting memories with your family, this tour is worth every penny.
