Hanoi Airport Pick-up (Private Ride From Hanoi Airport to Hotels)

Dear customer, we are so sorry to hear the story. However the feedback was very misleading and wrong. You gave us a wrong flight number (Korean Air 24, from San Francisco to Seoul, not to Hanoi). Once the booking arrived we sent the messages 2 times on Viator app asking for the correct flight number but no reply from you. And 5 hours later than the pickup time given you called us urgently (approximate 23:30) asking where the driver was. It was really impossible. Hope you will be more responsible and be honest about the posts. Thank you!

The meeting point instruction was also written clearly in your voucher but you did not read it. We also tried to call you but your phone did not work. Until we got a call from a person at the airport saying that you were waiting inside the arrival lobby, the driver reached to your location right after that. Honestly, you booked a transfer to pick you up from the airport but you gave no information except your name and pickup time (no flight number, no hotel name for drop off, no contact number...,). Our driver was waiting there almost 1.5 hours but could not see you. Untill we saw your missed call. Once we called back via WhatsApp, you said you were in a taxi. You should give your contact in the booking so that we could reach you for pick up. You booked a service but left no contact. We sent a message via the app but no response from you. Dear, We are sorry to hear this. Howver, you should be honest with the posts. Your group has 5 adults and 1 child of 5 years old, plus 5 cabin suitcases and 5 bags. You should book a van but you chose a SUV option to save money. Once you met the driver and the car, the driver could not load all into the car. We suggested a solution that we would arrange an extra car with extra costs but you were very impolite giving bad words to us. You kept saying that you must have an extra car without extra payment and you keep threatening us that you would post a negative review if our team would not offer extra free car. Obviously it was your mistake, not our mistake so we would rather accept a wrong revenge from you rather than obey your unfair requests. This is not a right way to make money. We think that your negative post will not mislead others. The return ride was denied by our team. We hope that you stop doing this way to other operators. It is not very nice anfd totally wrong. You will get the outcomes in the future.
