8.30-9.00: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater/ Opera House to depart Halong Bay Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2.5-hour drive). Please note that you will have a break before going to the port if you arrive early because the boat is available at around 12pm only.
12:00: Arrive at the port, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site 12:30: Enjoy lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery of the bay.

Visiting Sung Sot cave - 1 of the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay
Visiting Titov island for swimming or hiking up the mountain for panorama view of the bay
16.00: Back to the boat and return to the harbor
17.45 - 18:15: Arrive back at the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi 20:30 - 21:00: Get dropped off at the hotel. Tour ends.

Important Information
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends
- Follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- Tipping is entirely optional. You are under no obligation to tip, even if asked by locals. We provide this advice to help you avoid any inconvenience.
- As this is a group tour, there will be one rest stop each way at a local shop. Feel free to buy something, grab a coffee, or just use the free restrooms and stretch your legs. These stops are part of the set schedule, so I appreciate your patience.

What a perfect day. The guide made the day! I don’t feel like I missed out on anything by only doing the day trip - it was the perfect amount of time for viewing the scenery and experiencing what Ha Long Bay has to offer.

Tourist trap included. You still receive different locations in the morning where you will be picked up (10 min beforehand). First you stop at a silk factory to shop (it doesn't say that anywhere). The Ha Long tour is okay. However, you quickly notice that you are expected to leave money behind. No dinner. No drinks included. The trip home is also a tourist trap with a stop at a supermarket and a local shop; here the bus drivers have their own restaurant, and tourists can choose fast food and overpriced snacks (Snickers and peanuts) for 240,000 dong. Ha Long Bay is beautiful. The rest is not recommended.

This information was sent to you via email/WhatsApp, so you can check your messages again. **Regarding the rest stop:** The stop is clearly stated in the tour description, and this information is available to all guests before making a booking. We also sent the information to you again via WhatsApp immediately after your booking. Therefore, it was not an undisclosed stop or a surprise during the tour. **Regarding dinner and drinks:** Our tour description clearly states what is included and what is not included. Drinks and dinner are not included in this tour, and this information is provided before booking. **Regarding the return journey and the second stop:** The return rest stop is also clearly mentioned in the tour description and in our follow-up messages via email/WhatsApp. The prices at highway rest stops or tourist-oriented locations can naturally be higher than those at regular convenience stores. These prices are the same for everyone, including both Vietnamese and international travelers, and are not additional charges imposed by our company. Guests are absolutely not required to purchase anything. You are welcome to simply take a short break, use the restroom, and continue the journey. We always try to provide clear and accurate information before our guests book, so they can make an informed decision about whether the tour is suitable for them. Everything was great. The pickup in Hanoi went smoothly; since our Grab was delayed, we arrived at the meeting point later, but this was not a problem. The bus ride to Ha Long Bay was pleasant and the guide was concerned for our well-being all day long. The food on the ship was delicious. And even though it was a very touristy attraction, I would do it again anytime; it was more than worth it!
