We were actually on the 3day 2 night tour of Ha Long Bag. We had an amazing time. Luna from BestTravel was extremely helpful throughout. She helped us with organising our transport as well as sorting an alternative when our original boat was fully booked. Took a lot of the stress away.

After reviewing some activities on the tour operator website, we decided to book the cycad cruise for 2 days and 1 night in the Bai tu long bay. Luna have been very helpful and supportive of all our requests, we really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see this stunning natural environment. The staff on the cruise is great and makes you feel welcome. Honestly one of the best experiences we had in Vietnam.

"It was an amazing experience. We went on a Halong Bay cruise with Mon Chéri and it was so nice. The room facilities are superb, and the scenery and main activities around the bay were wonderful. Due to a tropical storm, we had to change the date of the cruise, but Janet, our travel consultant, was so helpful. She was constantly checking on us and rescheduled everything just so we could still enjoy the experience, including changing our pick-up point. Highly recommended!"
