One of the best experiences I had in the south, the equipment is in good condition, excellent value for money, they picked us up at our accommodation and gave us snacks during the trip. The guides Andrés and Julián explained all the proper procedures to us and gave us a tour with great warmth; Natalia is the best, always willing to answer my questions and give me the best tips. Highly recommended!!!
We had a fantastic morning with the very knowledgeable and dedicated local guide Andy! We are not experienced kayakers, and he took the time to explain what to do and how to navigate in detail before we ever stepped in the boat. He also provided neoprene socks and sandals, and I’m sure my toes would have been too cold without them. Once underway he provided information about the lake and the surrounding mountains… it is obvious he is very passionate about protecting the environment of Bariloche. At the halfway point we took a nice break with treats and he taught us about the importance of sharing mate in Argentina. And as a private experience, we also had moments of total quiet to reflect and appreciate the incredible views. This is the best excursion we had in Bariloche.
Fantastic experience immersed in nature! Andrés was perfect in every way — attentive, kind, and made everything amazing. The snack in the middle of the lake was a real treat. Absolutely recommended! 🌿✨
Andres was an absolutely fabulous guide, very welcoming and caring and the activity itself was possibly one of the most beautiful things we’ve done in Argentina! He accompanied our tour with a great chat about the region, the lake and Patagonia, and he taught us a great deal about kayaking. Very strongly recommended for both beginners and experienced travelers!

Private kayaking is the way to go! The setting was so serene and gorgeous. We seemed to be the only people on the lake. Carlos Andres and Diego were excellent guides. They were professional, yet warm, inviting, and kind. As we were in a somewhat remote location, Andres was very accommodating and picked us up. Highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic time kayaking with Andy and Diego. They told were really chatty and relaxed and told us loads about the local area. We even got to try a proper mate! Would definitely recommend.
