Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop is a beloved Barossa Valley food destination and boutique farm store created by iconic Australian cook and food personality Maggie Beer. It’s known for showcasing her range of artisanal gourmet products—including small-batch preserves, condiments, and specialty foods.
Chateau Tanunda is one of Australia’s most significant and highly regarded wine producers. It’s especially known for its award-winning Barossa wines, including Old Vine Shiraz and other premium releases that regularly receive high scores from critics, and for its longstanding winemaking tradition and quality.
Savour a mouthwatering lunch (included) at a picturesque winery restaurant. Kies Family Wines is a family-owned Barossa Valley winery in Lyndoch, established in 1985 and rooted in six generations of grape growing. It produces a diverse range of estate-grown wines—from Riesling and Rosé to bold Barossa reds and fortified styles—served with warm, friendly hospitality at its cellar door.
Hahndorf is Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement, located in the Adelaide Hills. It’s known for its German heritage, artisan food, local produce, boutique shops, and welcoming village atmosphere.. Journey through the scenic Adelaide Hills as we make our way to Hahndorf village. Free time in Hahndorf, where you can immerse yourself in the village’s charm and explore its shops and galleries.

A wonderful day out gaining a taste of the Barossa Valley. Visited one large winery with an extraordinary history and then another smaller family enterprise where lunch was served after the wine tasting. Great tour driver/director, Jeffrey, who was friendly and provided just enough information as we drove around the Barossa and the beautiful Adelaide hills on our way to Hahndorf. Clean and comfortable minibus.
The bus itself was very comfortable and relaxing + I enjoyed the views from my window, quite spectacular throughout the Barossa region & Adelaide Hills. Hahndorf in particular, was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this town, particularly if you appreciate an historical village with German influenced food, beer, music and joy in every shop. Well worth the visit. I booked this trip for my birthday, treating myself to enjoy a nice day out. Overall it was way better than I ever expected The driver, Jerry, was fantastic; very friendly & professional. He kept us all fully informed of passing monuments, approaching towns + all historical and cultural features throughout the journey. Jerry kept our itinerary on time, was clear and delivered interesting content when passing through places of interest, stopping for photo opportunities, and made lunchtime efficient & enjoyable . I noticed he was respectful not to rush anyone throughout the day, making it even more relaxing. I really wanted to visit Maggie Beer’s farm, which I noticed wasn’t on the schedule, however Jerry somehow made it happen for me and everyone else enjoyed it too. Ti me, that was a major bonus of the day. Thoroughly enjoyed it and our group was small and we all got on well, enjoying the whole South Australian experience. Best birthday experience ever! Thank you!

The whole day was fantastic. Loved our guide Paul. Very knowledgeable, plus a very funny man. Loved Maggie Beers farm the best. Chocolate shop with the delicious tasting. 2 wineries with tasting. Hubbie made a purchase. Lunch was delish. Final stop for a spot of shopping and a slice of strudel was Hahndorf . Would definitely recommend

Deep was lovely as our tour guide, had the group introduce themselves as an ice breaker which was fantastic. We laughed and karaoke on the drive. Lovely day in the Barossa and Adelaide Hills.
Great day but the tour guide spoke to much. The places and wine was amazing, and it was great we got picked up and dropped off.
We had a great day, Deep was a great driver and very informative about the area we travelled and where we were going. I would travel with them again and recommend to my friends and family.
