Ha Giang Open Air New Model Jeep Tour 3 Days 2 Night

Thoan and yen were fantastic guides - we had the jeep to ourselves and just them, we felt like we left Ha giang with two friends. Both were so friendly, knowledgeable and funny and made the whole experience so much better! Thoan's English is perfect and taught us vietnamese phrases and stories of each of the areas we travelled to, Yen is a fantastic driver and we felt completely safe the whole time. They both made every effort to ensure we had the best time - including taking us to see the Chinese border because we mentioned it. The loop itself was incredible, the best spots were known to stop at and the open air jeep meant we had stunning views the whole time. The food was also amazing we had some incredible meals, we also upgraded our accomodation and both of our stays had fantastic views Overall, I couldn't recommend Authentic more as a company!

We did this tour with Dixon and Cuong in a jeep. It has been quite an experience. In terms of landscapes, the change of contrasts from one area to another is spectacular. As for the guide and the driver, they were very attentive. The guide was a Spanish speaker and answered all our questions regarding the culture and the places we visited. The jeep tour experience was very good. We really enjoyed the landscapes, the routes, and the attention throughout the entire trip. The first day, in addition, we had a VIP room and were very comfortable. As a small point for improvement, we were not informed that we had to pay for the entire tour in cash, and we had to waste time going to an ATM and lose money on fees, and another point for improvement is that the second night the room was of a lower category than what we had been previously told, and there was a lack of hygiene in the room and the bathroom. We understand that changes can arise during the trip, but we would have liked to be informed beforehand. In summary, the tour was highly recommended and a great experience.

We took the 3-day Ha Giang Loop jeep tour out of season, which meant it ended up being just the two of us—and it couldn't have been better. The scenery was utterly breathtaking, and because it was just us, we had complete flexibility at every stop. We could linger as long as we liked or move on when we were ready, with zero pressure from Toan or Yen to hurry along. Our driver, Yen, was remarkably skilled and considerate, making us feel completely safe navigating the winding mountain roads. Our guide, Toan, was incredibly knowledgeable across a wide range of topics and gave us fantastic context for everything we were seeing. Above all, the hospitality was standout. Toan and Yen ate most meals with us, kindly walked us through every local dish, and made sure we were fed exceptionally well (you will definitely not go hungry!). Both had fantastic senses of humor and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend requesting Toan and Yen personally if you're booking this tour!

The tour was completely incredible. Our guide Math was exceptional from start to finish. All the meals were very good and the hotel rooms very comfortable. We were paired with a small family. It was great! The driver was also very careful.

We had such a beautiful experience. Our tour guide Matt was awesome and had amazing English and knowledge of the area as he is local so full of information for tourist sites and history and cultural lessons so we were very happy to have a wholesome and authentic experience. Our driver Hai was also such a happy human being and so lovely to be around and very experienced so we felt very safe and in great hands. We would absolutely come back to do it again with these two. The views are unbeatable, options for more authentic experience is there with local people it was highlights of our trip.
