The price of the mosque entrance ticket should be included, it is not logical to notify you 1 day before that if you do not have it you cannot enter, it is the reason for the tour, otherwise what are you paying for? The visit from the outside?, thanks

Le agrdecemos su indicación, pero el motivo por el que no incluimos la entrada de la Mezquita en la visita guiada, cosa que aparece en la descripción de la actividad antes de reservar, es porque hay muchas bonificaciones en las entradas, de las cuales os beneficiáis vosotros. Si incluimos las entradas, esas bonificaciones las perdéis. Nosotros siempre avisamos para recordaros la visita con nosotros, e indicamos el punto de encuentro con la guía, cosa que no hacen muchas empresas de visitas guiadas. Un saludo.

A scam, it is very poorly explained and they do not refund anything if you cancel your visit, so I advise against doing business with this company.
Cher client, vous n'avez même pas participé à la visite guidée avec nous, puisqu'elle est en espagnol, et vous l'avez refusée dès l'entrée, au moment même où elle était censée commencer. Il est indiqué « visite guidée en espagnol », mais les frais d'entrée ne sont pas inclus. Trois jours avant la visite, nous vous avons envoyé un message vous informant qu'elle était uniquement en espagnol et que les frais d'entrée n'étaient pas inclus. Nous vous avons conseillé d'annuler, mais vous n'avez pas lu nos messages. Notre politique d'annulation, comme celle de toutes les entreprises, exige un préavis de 24 heures pour les remboursements, et vous avez annulé le jour même de la visite. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une arnaque. Renseignez-vous bien avant d'acheter. Cordialement.
