Important Information

- Participants must be able to swim well independently.
- Participants must have a sufficient level of fitness.
- Participants must be between 8 and 65 years old.
- Please keep in mind that you cannot bring anything with you during the tour, as you will be going into the water. Everything needs to be left behind in the car. We strongly recommend bringing as little as possible with you, as car break-ins can unfortunately happen at this parking area. If you don’t come by car, you can leave small items in the guide’s car at your own risk. The guide will bring a camera to take photos and a waterproof tube for everyone’s car keys.
- You can wear sportswear or swimwear underneath the wetsuit. In summer, the wetsuits are optional.
- We provide you with free high-grip sturdy boots for the adventure, but you can also bring your own sport shoes if you have them. Any comfortable shoes with good grip are perfectly fine.
- Not suitable for travelers that are 120+ kg
- Not suitable for travelers with a low fitness level
- Not suitable for travellers below 8 or above 65 years old

Enjoyable day for the price but very very busy with other groups from the operator and general public, which meant a very hectic environment (appreciate the operator can’t control the latter however as the river is a public space!) so would probably recommend trying the afternoon slots as we were morning. Sadly we noticed a lot of litter in and around the river. Hosts very friendly, helpful and professional who tried their best and ensured safety despite having to deal with members on the tour who couldn’t even swim or needed escorting back out of the river mid-tour. Thank you for the day out, just far too busy for us.

Absolutely cool tour and almost for everyone! Small and large alike have fun there and can decide for themselves whether they want to jump off the cliffs or walk or swim past them below! The tour guides are cool and it is a lot of fun for the whole family! Also truly an experience in terms of scenery!

Very challenging for some in our large party ranging from 7 to 73 but overall a great time. Our guide was able to "read the room" and provide something for everyone. It's a must do in Benehavis.
