Before Booking | Choose the Right Vehicle To ensure a comfortable ride and enough space for your luggage, please choose your vehicle based on the number of travelers and bags: notes: a. ) a 28” luggage size： (L)76cm ×(W) 51cm × (H) 31cm (with combined dimensions not exceeding 158cm). b.) a folded stroller is considered one piece of checked luggage. c.) a folded Wheelchair is considered two piece of checked luggage. 1–2 passengers → Sedan (fits up to 2× 28” luggage) 3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan (fits up to 5× 28” luggage) 6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van (fits up to 9× 28” luggage) 10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van (fits up to 12× 28” luggage) 13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus (fits up to 15× 28” luggage) Got extra luggage? Here’s how to choose: we kindly ask that you reserve an extra seat for each piece of checked luggage beyond the included allowance. If you need an infant car seat, please submit the order and leave a note at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll prepare it free of charge. Service Coverage Our airport transfer service includes up to 50 km of driving distance, which covers almost all hotels within Shanghai city downtown If your pickup location or hotel is located in the outskirts of Shanghai, don’t worry —a small extra distance fee will apply, for example: Sedan: around CNY 5 per km Larger vehicles: slightly higher rates Once we receive your booking, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and inform you in advance if any extra distance charge applies. There are no hidden fees, so you can travel with peace of mind. Trip Confirmation: We’ll contact you in advance to confirm your flight, departure time, and terminal details. Recommended Departure Time: International flight → 4 hours before departure Domestic flight → 3 hours before departure (If checked in online, you can leave 30 minutes later.) Flight changed? No worries! Just let us know — we’ll adjust your pickup accordingly. Driver Information: You’ll receive the driver’s name, phone number, car plate number and drive & car photos one day before your trip. On the Day of Departure | Friendly Reminders Free Waiting 30 Minutes: The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD5 / CNY35 per half hour applies. Customer no-show: If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you, the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service. In this case, the booking will be considered a No-show, and the service will be marked as completed — no refund will be provided. We kindly suggest keeping your phone reachable. If your plan changes unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to assist. In-Car Reminder: Our vehicles are clean and smoke-free — thank you for your understanding. This is one second transfer with Mr Orange services. The driver Ben is professional, friendly and drove very safely. Easy to talk to, he told us some of the history around the city .would highly recommend Mr Orange transfer services.

The transistion is smooth and the bus driver is patient. For 25 people we travelled in a big group and for the whole day for only 1750 yuan. From Guangzhou to Jiangmen and back.
