This trip was amazing! Greatly organized, we saw everything we were promised, even though I thought it would be impossible to see all those exiting places in one day. Definitely recommend!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the trip and that we were able to deliver on our promise of a seamless, packed itinerary. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!"
The day before the tour, it was canceled unilaterally because we couldn't make credit card payments. Japanese card companies often ask us to make payments, confirm our identity, and re-pay. I asked TripAdvisor's help center how it works, but they offered us an impossible suggestion that we could re-book after two days. We will now make a reservation directly with the tour company instead of through TripAdvisor.
This tour was an incredible way to experience the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend all in a single day. It was a long day, but absolutely worth every minute. Our guides were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. They made frequent stops for snacks and restroom breaks, provided plenty of bottled water throughout the day, and the included sandwich lunch was surprisingly good. What really stood out was their knowledge of the areas. They timed each stop perfectly to help us avoid the biggest crowds, making the experience much more enjoyable. They also went above and beyond by helping everyone take photos and even included bonus stops at beautiful locations like Lake Powell and historic Route 66. I also loved that this was a small group tour. It made the day feel more personal, efficient, and allowed us to see and do more than we would have with a large bus tour. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to see these iconic destinations in one unforgettable day.
Thank you for your thoughtful review — we’re delighted you enjoyed the full‑day itinerary. We’re pleased our guides, small‑group format, and timing enhanced your experience. Your compliments will be shared with the team. Thank you for recommending us; we would be honored to welcome you on another tour.
I have been wanting to g to go to Antelope Canyon for years. When we checked in guide said the canyon was closed. Very disappointed. They said we would get refunded something g for that, still waiting g for the refund. Arrived to area and was able to get on an antelope tour for an additional 150.00 per person. Seemed like this was the plan all along, kinda felt like a scam. Guide was ok. The experience of the canyon, horseshoe bend and Grand Canyon was spectacular and definitely worth just felt there was a scam. I would recommend saying g in write up that you have to pay additional for the tour
We’re sorry your experience was disappointing. A refund for Antelope Canyon has already been issued and processed as of 7/30. We apologize for any confusion at check‑in. If you still need assistance, please contact us through your booking platform with your booking name and confirmation number, and we’ll look into it. Sincerely
the experience was really good! yasushi, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable with a lot of places and told us all about history. he also took pictures for us and even chose the spots and angles. our driver, terry, was also really nice and a great driver. i usually get motion sickness but i didn’t feel that in our travel. just keep in mind that you have to be on the go at all times since you are hitting a lot of spots. also be mindful of your fellow tourists and time :) i’d say this was worth it if u have a short time in az/vegas esp if u want to experience antelope and grand canyon.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled Yasushi and Terry made your trip comfortable and memorable, and appreciate the heads-up about the fast pace. Glad you enjoyed Antelope and the Grand Canyon — hope to welcome you back soon.
It was a great trip! The two drivers were amazing! So kind! And they take beautiful pictures It’s a long day but totally worth it
Thank you for the kind words — we’re thrilled our drivers made the day special and captured great photos for you. We appreciate you joining us for the long day and hope to see you again for more adventures.
Great day exploring AZ! When Lower Antelope Canyon closed due to flood risk, our guides pivoted and got us in to see Upper Antelope Canyon. The trip had plenty of stops and time to explore. If you get the chance, take this trip!
Thank you for the great review — we’re glad our guides were able to pivot and get you into Upper Antelope Canyon so you could still enjoy the day. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back for more adventures soon.
The lower Antelope Canyon was closed due to flooding which the park stated they had emailed the tour company ahead of time about but the tour company claimed they had not received the message. The upper canyon was still open but the tour company claimed we had to go online and purchase our tickets ourselves in order to get in. At this point we are almost at the park and hours into our drive when we are hit with having to pay another $150 per person. This tour was already nearly $500 a person before the additional fee. There was a group that did not speak English so the guides had a hard time communicating the issue to them. The guides then asked me in front of everyone if I would pay for them and the group could pay me back. I was very uncomfortable that this was asked of me and expected of me to do especially when the guides had a company card. Then toward the end of the trip it was communicated that we would have to tip the guides. This is something I always do anyway but to be told we had to tip them and told the minimum amount we needed to tip after I paid for the whole group to do the tour was bizarre. The Antelope Canyon portion was awesome. Local guides took you through the canyon and were amazing. Overall, the parks were great. It is a very long day and apparently the canyons flood often and close down with little warning and unfortunately the guides don't check ahead of time.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the natural beauty of the canyons and the expertise of the local guides. Regarding the closure, while we strive for seamless coordination, canyon closures due to flooding are often sudden and based on immediate safety conditions, which can lead to last-minute notifications. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the ticket transition and for the discomfort caused by how the situation was handled by our team. We will be reviewing these incidents to improve our communication and guest support.
Such a fun experience to experience it all in one day. Antelope canyon is a must recommend. I think this is better than just doing Grand Canyon as it might get repetitive. Grand Canyon is magnificent but Antelope canyon’s beauty is like no other. It’s long tour but honestly it doesn’t feel like it being in the comfortable AC van with breaks every 2 hours.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the variety of the itinerary and found the combination of sites to be a great value. It is also wonderful to know that the comfort of the van and the scheduled breaks made the travel time enjoyable. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back!
I had an amazing time with my daughter and niece. Tour guys Matt and Chico I highly recommend them they are very knowledgeable, kind people
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had such an amazing time. Providing a knowledgeable and welcoming experience is our top priority, and we are glad our team delivered on that for you. We look forward to seeing you again!
