Had an amazing time with Chris, our tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and dare I say too funny with all of his jokes. He really did lift the awkwardness between strangers and gave us the best tour possible. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting gozo for a day trip.
I will give pride tours and our guide saveous our warmest recommendation!! We had a somewhat chaotic start where the office at pride-tours had forgotten to arrange a guide and a UTV for us, so we ended up spending a lot of time at first being driven to their office mm. However, it ended up getting even better than expected afterwards! We got our guide Saveous (who even had free that day) completely for ourselves (where you can normally be several couples in the same UTV), which meant that we were 100% allowed to choose which things we would focus on. It was really a fantastic trip with some good stops and at the same time Saveous did everything for us to get the very best trip by making it as pleasant as possible. He was also good at explaining and telling about Gozo and the nature there, giving a feeling that you got a more basic sense of what Gozo is and what it is like to live there. All in all, he just made it an extraordinary experience and I hope we get him back if we get past Gozo again 🙂
Magnificent experience! The island is really worth the detour. Gregory is an exceptional guide who showed us the most beautiful parts of the island. The day went by so fast: walking on the sandbars, magnificent churches, the citadel, a short boat trip in the caves, and a swim in transparent waters in the middle of a small fishing village... exceptional! And all that within a very nice small group. Thanks Grégory!
Great day out with lot's of local knowledge, our guide Connie was especially fantastic and made the tour fun for our 7 year old!
What an amazing day, Mark was a brilliant guide and took us to some stunning places you would otherwise not know about. The quad was really good and Mark’s knowledge of Gozo and Malta was superb - he even sent us a list of things to do during the rest of our stay. Lunch was really good as was the gift shop on the tour and the beach at the end. Everything was meticulously organised and we didn’t have to wait for anything. Hats off to Mark though who made us feel so welcome and is a genuinely top guide!
A long day as it’s an early start for the pick up at the hotel. It’s about an hour from St George’s Bay with a few pick ups on the way. The ferry. Crossing was pleasant and scenic. Once you got to Gozo you are allocated a buggy driver for the day. Our guide was pleasant and informative although he drove fast, hard up behind other drivers, his music was blaring and he was using his phone whilst driving. However my wife seemed to find him delightful and chatted away the whole day. Plus point for me is Im never getting a telling off for my driving ever again😄 The island is beautiful and the stop offs at the bays and the salt farm are stunning. Bit misleading on the sales pitch where we were told a 3 course meal at a typical Gozo restaurant with a glass of wine was actually 2 courses in a restaurant in the town Main Street and you had to pay for all drinks other than water. Reps are reps so you are dropped of at pre arranged gift shops and drinks tasting to push sales, otherwise a good day out. The boat ride back is frantic with the captain taking great pleasure in going as fast as possible over the choppy sea and drenching as many passengers as possible on the way. Make sure phones etc are in bags before boarding the boat back.
We booked with Gozo Pride Tours in July 2026 and had a fantastic time. The tour guide Geoffrey was full of knowledge and was a really good laugh! We took 2 young children on the trip (4 & 7) and while a long day it they really enjoyed the adventure. Highly recommend this to experience Gozo in 1 day with no stress or hassle!
Ferney. Wonderful spanish-speaking guide took us everywhere in Gozo and made us understand the Gozitian Spirit of the Island and all its beuaitufl places. Thank you Ferney, you made the difference.
Just back from a full-day tour with our amazing guide Lewis. What a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the history, culture and religion of the island of Gozo, spending the day driving around with someone who lives there. Lewis was friendly, knowledgeable and personable, catering to the needs and requests of what we wanted to spend our time seeing and exploring. I feel like I know so much more about Malta and Gozo than I did at the start of the day. Highly recommend this tour.
A fabulous private tour around Gozo in a jeep. Really enjoyed the day, our driver George was funny and a local of the island. Lunch was adequate, light but all that was needed in the heat. Private boat transfer was well organised and quick. I would recommend this tour.
