After meeting near the Transamerica Pyramid, your ghost hunter guide escorts you down haunted alleys, through mysterious neighborhoods, and around historic street corners. Stand atop old Gold Rush cemeteries, learn of paranormal activity following mysterious deaths, visit the site of infamous brothels, hear about Gold Rush–era hauntings, and how Chinatown’s gang wars changed the city. But it's not “just a ghost tour” -- this tour includes tales of unexplained deaths, scandalous murders, the old red light district and more... Recommended for ages 12+ due to mature themes, including serial killers, brothels, and true crime. This tour can accommodate wheelchairs, but there will be two moderate hills -- please inquire if you have concerns.

No one showed up for our tour. We took a $35 Uber there and back and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up.

Had a wonderful time with Zave last night. He was very knowledgeable and energetic. I got to use the dowsing rods and it was really cool and fun. Would definitely recommend taking this tour not only for some possible ghost encounter but for the history you will learn. I would love to do it again next time I return to San Francisco.

Traveled alone for business and wanted to see the city at night. Was a good way to do something fun and feel safe. Jamie was energetic and a good storyteller. Our group had energy readings the entire time. Fun time with nice people. I’d highly recommend.

We took the tour on July 4 and got the extra fun of fireworks going off in all directions. Zave was an amazing storyteller and guide and made the history come alive. A perfect match of spooky and historic this tour is one of the better ghost tours I’ve been on.
