hi both rides where awesome but customer service at Geelong balloning Sarah was terrible..she would not offer any help as I booked through viator ..she was horrible to me ..very disappointing..asxspent nearly $2000 on rides for my family..the experience and staff on the days was wonderful...kind regards rach

The hot air balloon was cancelled while the weather condition was good. I want refund. This was the second time i was cancelled, last time was when i was travelling in Bali.
