It was a great experience, combining fun and culture. The other tourists from Mexico in our group also helped create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The true gem of the tour was our guide, Francisco, who made the experience unforgettable with his cultural knowledge, great sense of humor, and entertaining contributions. I also really enjoyed exploring the Tequila Route, discovering its unique places, traditions, and local character.
Recommended tour!! It is worth the price!!! We tasted approx 8 tequilas, time for photos, to buy. The guide Saymi was very kind.
Everything was very good, the Mini entertainment was super good.
Francisco was amazing and very accommodating! We had so much fun in and out of the bus. Went to a small town which I hadn’t known and loved that part especially!
Total disinformation about tequila culture. Visit to the distillery whose owner's son does not respect the work of the agave farmers. Horrible tequila. Horrible everything
We had a lot of fun on Francisco’s tour. We sampled various types of delicious Tequila and learned a lot about the Tequila production process. The tour also had many participatory elements, such as ability to add your own music tracks during van transport. Highly recommended!
I don't think I fully knew what I was getting myself into when I booked this tour, but I would highly recommend. They take you to several spots where you get a variety of tequila tastings. If you're not really a drinker, just be mindful that this a big component to this tour (if you couldn't tell from the name). Our guide was super knowledgeable and provided a very comfortable experience for the whole group. Great activity to do solo, as a couple, or with a group of friends.
Tour girl was shy and quiet. Everything felt rushed. Hot bus with no good AC Great tour of the person is active and present
The tequila tour was an incredible adventure. Francisco, our tour guide, was fantastic, and we had a lively group that made the experience even more enjoyable. Since it was an all-day tour, be prepared to stay hydrated and have a blast. There were breaks between the tour segments where you could explore on your own or catch up with the group. It was an exceptional experience and highly recommended.
Fun tour. Our guide shared a lot of information and made it fun. I would say that it was hard to hear, even though he was talking loudly, because of the other tours and guides who were also talking nearby, and the street noise. It also felt a bit automatic, like he had given this tour a million times. The distillery was awesome, seeing how the agave was cut, cooked, fermented, and I liked being able to chew on a freshly hacked piece of the plant to taste the sweet juices. We stopped at one place for a local cocktail but everyone was starving by then and we had so much downtime there so we all bought lunch at the concessions. But lunchtime was allotted for the next stop at Tequila, which was just free time walking in the square. We had already eaten by then, so just sat on a patio and bought more drinks. Wish that the whole group stayed together to have drinks/lunch together, b/c it seemed like everyone was looking for fun and comraderie, but it was set up so that everyone could separate and do their own thing. So people just dispersed and did their own thing quietly. I noticed a couple of people came alone so they were just by themselves during these down times. The one time the group vibes were great was when the guide set up a tequila drinking contest out of a keg, which was awesome. It was a fun tour, but felt our time could have been used more efficiently by either shortening it, or filling the downtime with some group activities instead of so much separate free time.
