Great tour of a beautiful city

We visited Luxor in December 2019. We had finished a Nile River Cruise and had an extra day to spend in Luxor. We were taken on a tour of the West Bank first, to see the tombs in the Valley of the Kings and the temple for Hatshepsut. We saw some active archeological dig sites as well. This side of Luxor was more farming land and desert - super gorgeous!! We visited an alabaster shop and toured the tombs. Don’t skip the tombs!!!! The colors have remained on the walls and ceilings for centuries since they haven’t been exposed to the elements. It is stunning! We then moved on to the East Bank where we had a nice lunch overlooking the central town square. We went to visit the temples there after lunch. We saw Luxor temple and Karnak temple. By the end of the tour, the sun had set and the temple was lit up which made it even nicer! We then ate dinner and then we were taken to our sleeper train to return to Cairo. Luxor was a beautiful city! We really liked our driver for the day, Eslam. He was very nice and his English was great! We had no troubles understanding what he was telling us, which really helped the experience to be a great one. We would recommend this tour- and ask for Eslam if he’s available!

Impressive Luxor

We had scheduled an early departure for this tour. At 7am we were greeted at the hotel lobby by Mr. Mido, our driver, and our tour guide, the Egyptologist Ms. Mona. We were taken to a very clean, comfortable, AC car that they provided for the entire day. Mr. Mido drove us safely to the Valley of the Kings where our tour began. Ms. Mona is very passionate about the Egyptian Civilization and enlightened us thru the day while visiting all the landmarks. Time was given to enjoy at our leisure the sights without feeling rushed. At noon time Mr. Mido drove us to a restaurant located on the banks of the Nile river where we enjoyed a delicious lunch served on the rooftop area. Food and service were fantastic. Later on we proceeded to the Left bank to visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor. We were mesmerized by the beauty and cultural richness of every landmark visited. This is a very comprehensive tour worth doing with the expertise and professionalism of Pharaoh Egypt Tours. We were extremely satisfied with their services and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, seamless company in Luxor.

I'm really satisfied with the tour it was after all my favorite day to spend in Luxor. We got picked up at the hotel, the ride was air conditioned and the driver mido was very kind to talk to. We went to the valley of the kings which i highly recommend to visit if you ever come to Egypt. We also went to some temple to me it was great to learn about the history and check these ancient statues and buildings. I can recommend everyone to go there and make the experience the tour was well organized and I will definitely book again the next time.
