Cais de Santa Luzia is a complex located in the center of Angra dos Reis, considered the most traditional point of departure for visitors to the islands and schooner tours. It faithfully represents a little of the history and tradition of the municipality, mainly because it joins the fishing culture with its fishermen and colorful boats, worthy of a photograph during a walk in the late afternoon with the unmistakable beauty of the sea in the background. It is an image that has always inspired, over time, countless plastic artists in the transformation of this scenario into beautiful watercolors. Starting point of the boat.
Simple beach of medium length, usually receives some visitors during high season, who find auqi a great option to relax due to the calm of the place. Beach predominated by fishing activity, its main visitors are fishermen, who live nearby. It is a good option for those who prefer less busy beaches to rest and replenish their energy. With a spacious strip of golden sand, it has a calm sea, which looks more like a natural pool, with transparent waters.
In the middle of a small archipelago, the Blue Lagoon enchants by the tone of the water. The natural pool resembles the colors of the Caribbean and turns the place into a favorite of visitors for snorkeling or simply enjoying a swim in the sea.
Simple and quiet beach, it is surrounded by large rocks and preserved native forest. It is small and cozy, great for those looking for a good place to rest. With a good strip of golden sand, it has calm and transparent waters.
In this natural aquarium, which is the Green Lagoon, we can find several types of marine species such as fish, mollusks, corals, rocks and stones and even sea turtles. With a little luck, you will see some of these wonders of the deep sea.
Stop for lunch at a typical restaurant in the region, the restaurant has the advantage of passing the menu inside the boat so that customers can choose the meal and it will be served as soon as it reaches the beach. We have the option of lunch at a self-service buffet, which consists of: fried fish, fried chicken, beans, rice, various salads, mush and pasta.

- Lifeguards are available to all passengers and are intended for emergency situations only. If the customer wishes to use a life jacket for recreational purposes during the tour, an additional fee will be charged.
- The time indicated at the time of the Reservation is merely indicative. The day before the tour, we will contact via WhatsApp with the boarding details. If the boarding address is not provided, the final meeting point will be : Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape, 9.
- Lunch will not be served before the boat ride as some people may feel uncomfortable due to the movement of the boat. Lunch will be served between 14:30 and 15:30. We recommend taking snacks and water to consume on the bus during the journey.
- The tours normally operate even in adverse weather conditions and are cancelled only in exceptional circumstances, when the Navy of Brazil does not authorize the departure of the boat.
- NOTE: Do not dispose of any items in the toilet (including toilet paper).
- The vessels do not operate when overloaded and are inspected by the Navy of Brazil. During the high season, we prioritize larger boats, always within the legal limits.
- Transport Rio - Angra dos Reis – two options: Hotel shuttle (if available for your accommodation): If you choose hotel shuttle, you will be picked up directly at your accommodation, but you will need to participate in the boarding of the other passengers. The transfer will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From the last meeting point, the journey to Angra dos Reis will take 2 hours and 45 minutes.
- Final meeting point: If you prefer to avoid the hotel transfer, you can go directly to the final meeting point by selecting Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape 9 on your Reservation. From there, the journey to Angra dos Reis will take 2 hours and 45 minutes.

You are picked up at the hotel at 7 a.m., but lunch is only served at 4 p.m., and this is not informed anywhere. In addition, lunch takes place only at the end of the tour, after the visit to all the islands and beaches. The beaches and landscapes, by themselves, do not impress much. I think there are much more beautiful places in the area, but this tour doesn't include them.

A little bit of paradise on Earth, the natural beauty is amazing, the beach of Lopes Mendes is simply beautiful and the culinary of the Vila do Abraão is sensational. The staff was perfect, attentive and well informed. I can't see the time to go back and enjoy a little more of this natural paradise.

This was a great experience. Good vibes and good service. I got to rent a jet ski and ride it myself, which was the highlight of my day. The water was nice and the views were breathtaking. Just a few pro tips to make the experience more enjoyable : - bring something to entertain yourself in the bus on the way there. The activity is about 2.5 hours from Rio de Janeiro, 3 hours if there is traffic. - take with you a portable charger with your phone cable to charge the phone in the bus or during the activity on the boat. - you should expect to pay an additional 30R$ environmental fee. I don’t know if this applies to everyone or only non Brazilian visitors. Anyway this was an unexpected expense for us. - bring a sweater with you and some long pants. You might get cold at the end of the day, especially if you’re visiting during the winter.
