Unbelievable!!!! Things that are booked have to be paid for immediately, and if they don't work, like the great app that describes the route, you get nothing back, not even an apology! You are literally called stupid, children are absolutely not welcome, and we were almost spoken to aggressively when we finally said that the ABS was constantly flashing and the handlebars were crooked! Then they tried to sell us scratches and damage!!! Never again!!!!

Unfortunately in one case in a thousand this happens. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for all smartphones in the world. We refunded the money you paid for the tour instantly and without any dispute. You came to rent a scooter without a driver's license (!). Our employee agreed to provide you with a scooter, explaining the possible consequences, although according to the instructions he should have refused to rent you a scooter. Our employee helped you to find a place to park your car. Our employee watched your children like a babysitter while you were busy. After that you claim our employee was rude to you? You tried to ride the scooter with three (!) of you on it (which is forbidden). One of your children didn't even reach his feet to the footrests (which is forbidden as well). When our employee tried to point out to you the danger of such actions you did not listen. When you picked-up the scooter, you did not complain about any faults. But you "remembered" about them when it was time to write your disgusting review. Obviously, we've checked the scooter, and it's absolutely fine. Finally, the very last lie. You say that our employee tried to charge you for the damage to the scooter. But there was no damage to the scooter! And the employee did not ask you for any extra money! If you insist on your version, come to our office and we will watch the video from surveillance cams together. But it would be better if you would delete your deceitful review. If you've had a bad day and are in a bad mood, Motoragazzi has nothing to do with it.
