Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. Changes or Delays: If you need to change your pick-up point or are delayed, call us at (+34) 611 518 815 Communication Limitations: If you will not be reachable on the activity day, inform us in advance via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. ⏳ Be Ready: Arrive at your pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, visible and prepared. ⏱️ Timing Variation: Pick-up may be delayed by up to 20 minutes due to traffic or other circumstances. Full-Day Excursion: 8 to 10 hours, including 6 hours for the main activity and 2 to 4 hours for round-trip transportation, depending on the pickup location. • The hike through the Azuaje Ravine is an easy to moderate trail in the lush laurel forest of the Doramas Natural Reserve, featuring uneven paths, gentle slopes, stream crossings, narrow sections, and rocky surfaces, making waterproof shoes essential as your feet will likely get wet.
• The route is suitable for most participants with basic physical fitness, covering approximately 3 km into the ravine and lasting about 2 hours, including scenic stops.
• Restrooms are available in Firgas, at the Ecofinca Ventana Verde, and at El Puertillo, where additional facilities and restaurants offering snacks and refreshments can also be found; however, there are no restrooms along the trail.
• All tours are guided by certified professionals, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
• The group size is limited to 20 people, fostering a dynamic group environment and allowing participants to share the adventure.
• Layered clothing is recommended, as weather conditions can vary from sunny to cold, and the guide may modify the hike based on weather, terrain, or group needs.
• Winding roads along the way may cause motion sickness, so it’s advisable for those prone to it to bring motion sickness tablets.
• The minimum recommended age is 5 years, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with only 4 child spots available per tour; special seating requests should be made at least 2 days in advance.
• Prohibited items include sandals, strollers, drones, alcohol, drugs, aerosols, and litter, and participants are required to respect the environment by disposing of waste properly and avoiding eating or drinking in the vehicle.
• Essential items to bring include comfortable sportswear, hiking shoes, a backpack, sunscreen, light food, at least 1.5 liters of water, a raincoat, a swimsuit with a towel and dry clothes for swimming, and your ticket or invoice in digital or printed format.

Beautiful tour

Fantastic experience! The guide, Celeste, is very knowledgeable and knows a lot to tell about the culture and nature along the way. All day rain, which is part of the rainforest experience ;-) she even brought extra rain jackets for us, which is super service. Second tour with Climbo; I definitely recommend it!
