We had a wonderful day tour with the family. We attended with our two young daughters and were given the opportunity to leave the tour an hour early due to the heat, which we appreciated. It was very educational and fun. Would definitely recommend.

Full day tour in Hanoi with Johnny. He is an amazing tour guide. He made sure we were looked after. I am with an elderly who need to pee quite often and he accommodated us when needed or we requested something - like to buy snacks, or stop to take a photo. He is easy to deal and very kind. I will recommend him to my friends and family if they every come to Hanoi or Vietnam. Thank you Johnny you are outstanding!!!!

The tour guide was quite rude. The tour was a bit rushed and not really interesting. There was no sign of the hidden local life experience as mentioned in the tour

This was our first visit to Vietnam and Ha Noi our first stop. Our Tour started at 10.00am and took in many of the major attractions of this buzzing city. The highlight though was our friendly and engaging guide Hai, who provided a relaxed commentary and clearly enjoyed being able to show case this city to visitors. June is a hot month, so outdoor activities in the heat take a toll, but this tour had just the right amount of refreshment and air conditioning stops! A most pleasant day.
Thank you for your fantastic review! Knowing that you had such a positive experience means the world to us. We truly value your support and trust, and we'll continue working hard to ensure every visit is just as enjoyable. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
Our tour guide Mr. Anh was great! He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were driven in a nice comfortable limo van. I would recommend this tour to anyone while in Hanoi.

We had a wonderful day in Hanoi city, where we visited many of them Vietnamese treasures. My wife and I enjoyed our visit and our guide “Chris” was very informative, and was very happy to share the Vietnamese history & culture with us. Thanks!
We’re so glad you had a positive experience! Thanks for the 5 stars and for sharing your feedback with others
The tour itinerary was good and the tour guide was really helpful and spoke good English. The tour company however seemed intent on cramming as many people as possible onto the small tour bus throughout the day. We started with 9 people and ended with 18, most of those groups were added after midday, some as late as 2pm. So the result was a rather disjointed tour, repeated stops to detour and wait for the additional late arrivals, no bonding within the group, the poor tour guide trying her best to keep it all moving while the company dumped more passengers on her. So it all seemed disorganized and an attempt to squeeze as much money out of the bus rather than run a quality experience for the customer. I think you will find there are higher quality day tours of Hanoi in this price range.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the itinerary and that our tour guide was helpful and spoke good English. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had with the group size and organization during the tour. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with repeated stops, late additions to the group, and the overall feeling of a disjointed experience. Your comments about comfort, group dynamics, and timing are completely valid. We truly appreciate you highlighting the efforts of the tour guide, who did her best under difficult circumstances. We will also share your feedback directly with our operations team, as maintaining a balanced group size and smooth coordination is important for providing a quality experience to our guests. Thank you again for taking the time to share your honest review. Your feedback helps us improve our services moving forward.
Very well done with lots of information Dem was great
