Hop on/ hop off tours
Excellent tour guide. Very convenient to hop on and off all day. Had a problem with bus and Viator generously refunded promptly. Also love using Viator when traveling!

Great experience!
The tour guide was wonderful. I believe her name was Maddie. She was full of information and was very friendly. The driver was Mike (I think) and did an excellent job trying to get us in the shade whenever possible. They made a great team.

Great time
Great way for 1st time visitors to get their bearings. Gave us an overview of what we put high on our not-to-miss list and what can wait until our next visit.

The tour guy was hilarious, knowledgeable, and friendly. Best part of the tour! I was able to see everywhere popular downtown and got food recommendations.

Needs improvement
Guides were great. But - Did not realize that the buses only come around every hour and a half if you decide to stop or miss the pick up time. Long time to wait for next bus. Pick-up spots not very well marked.

Our only complaint was ...
Our only complaint was if you were doing the hop on hop off it wasn’t made perfectly clear as to where we needed to wait to be picked up at any stop we hopped off of. Is there anyway that there be a sign indicating hop on hop off. Otherwise we had an awesome time. Driver and guide ea h trip for us we outstanding!

Good way to get around the city
Good drive around Austin. The main focus of the commentary seemed to be bars and music. I used the tour as a way to get to the places I wanted to go rather than listening to what was being said.

Fun Day in Austin
This is a terrific tour of the Austin area. We purchased the hop on/off feature. Got off the bus at the LBJ Presidential library and toured and the bus arrived to pick us up right on time! Jason was the host and he did a great job with stories and facts about the city. It helped us to determine what else we wanted to do.

First thing to do on your Austin visit
Great way to start getting to know Autin. Super fun, great views, great guides, hop on hop off worked great for us. Highly recommended
