Horrible experience. She confirmed my booking in the morning and cancelled with me 10 minutes prior to pick up only after GetyourGuide got involved. Ignored my calls and texts and only answered after GetYourGuide called her. Wasted my whole day waiting for this activity.
Dear Customer, I’m sorry you had to turn to Viator to leave a negative review, since Get Your Guide evidently didn’t allow you to do so because you did NOT take any tour with me. Unfortunately, you booked just a few hours before the tour was set to begin, and as I explained to you over the phone, I was in an area with no cell service, so I didn’t receive your booking until just 10 minutes before the tour started. I immediately contacted GYG to inform them of the situation and asked them to issue you a full refund. I also called you as soon as I regained a connection to explain what had happened, but apparently that didn’t help. Thank you, however, for setting a magnificent example of empathy toward someone who has been working hard all year round for more than 10 years. I’d like to point out that on Google, my business has always had only positive reviews and enthusiastic customers. Have a good life
A perfect morning, we wanted to see the island but didn’t want a full day excursion. We were collected and returned to our hotel by Erika and her partner in a smart spotlessly clean minibus. Erika is so knowledgeable about the history of the island, travelling from the East to West of the island where the contrasts are so beautiful. We visited places we’d have never found exploring by ourselves. If that wasn’t enough Erika is also the most talented photographer taking pictures during the day, capturing memories to last a lifetime. We cannot recommend enough this fabulous trip, you really won’t regret it.
Everything was well arranged to perfection. Bus with air conditioning, bottles of water for the road, clear explanation of the sights and of course not to forget the beautiful pictures Erika took of me and my son. Making memories together with my son and Erika captured them fantastically. So if you are on Fuerteventura be sure to book this tour and let Erika capture your best moments.

We’ve just returned from our Crazy Shutter tour and photo shoot and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we were picked up, everything felt calm, organised and personal. Erika and Andrea are not only incredibly talented photographers, but also the warmest, most welcoming couple, they made us feel completely at ease from the start. The locations we visited were absolutely breathtaking, places we’d never have discovered on our own and each stop came with fascinating stories and insights into the local history and culture. It was so much more than just a photo shoot; it was a journey through Fuerteventura. The photo session itself was so relaxed and natural, with no pressure, no awkward poses, just gentle direction and encouragement. We felt completely comfortable and ended up having so much fun! Their passion shines through everything they do and you can feel the genuine care they put into making the experience magical. We left with not just beautiful memories, but we also get stunning professional photos that we’ll treasure forever. We were visiting from London with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old and booked this tour to explore more of the island — and it ended up being the absolute highlight of our trip! Erica and her partner were so warm, funny, and knowledgeable. They made us feel at ease right from the start and were amazing with the kids. They even provided proper car seats, which was such a thoughtful touch and made everything super easy and safe. The tour took us to some really stunning, off-the-beaten-path places in the north of Fuerteventura — the kind of spots you’d never find on your own. The pace was relaxed, and we never felt rushed, which was perfect with little ones in tow. The professional photos were the icing on the cake — we now have beautiful memories captured from the day that we’ll treasure forever. Couldn’t recommend this experience more. Truly magical experience, made all the more special by Erika. We booked a small group tour and were lucky enough for it to just be the two of us. We toured some truly beautiful parts of the island with excellent knowledge and facts shared by Erika throughout. I contacted Erika prior to the tour to discuss an idea I’d had around a surprise proposal, and she was more than happy to accommodate this, utilising her photography and videography skills to capture this once in a lifetime moment for us. Erika made us feel comfortable and at ease really quickly, so that the whole tour was a welcoming and positive atmosphere for us. Truly a 5 star experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting the island.
