An amazing experience! Although our itinerary had to be temporarily changed due to the wildfires at Mt. Bromo, the travel agency and Mr. Rizal handled everything professionally and thoughtfully, arranging a great alternative plan. Our driver was also very skilled and steady on the road! Rizal went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely in Bali and shared a lot of local culture with us along the way. A huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work in making this trip wonderful and unforgettable~
Rizky has been a wonderful guide for me and my friend, we went for the 3D2N Bromo and Ijen tour, even though we were not able to have the full experience of Bromo due to the unexpected forest fires, and also not able to have the full experience of Ijen due to the volcanic activity, Rizky was still very professional, accommodating, and did the best that he could, he brought us to many beautiful waterfalls to make it for it, he is also always punctual and always ready to help us at all times!
I highly recommend this tour, specifically with Arya and Kirun, two wonderful, helpful, and competent people. Due to the closure of Mount Bromo, the agency gave us some alternatives and our guide (who speaks English very well) put us at ease and told us many anecdotes.
