My experience was unfortunately horrible, complete traveler’s nightmare. My fiancé and I arrived at our meeting point ten minutes early only to find that our tour bus was overbooked or our tickets were given to other travelers. The tour guide/ director was no help, unsympathetic and told us it was overbooked, and that situations like these happen all the time, just like in the airport. When I replied yes but the airline compensates for short comings, He became very rude and nasty, with zero remorse or any sort of empathy whatsoever for his companies mismanagement. I had an entire day planned including photos with my fiancé as we were recently engaged. He offered us two seats to a Lake Coumo tour that I’m assuming belonged other people, just I suspect happened to our seats. We declined as we had already toured Lake Coumo the day prior and he brushed us off and said well should just wait here, more busses will be arriving within a half hour and he’s contacting his dispatcher. My fiancé and I waited over one hour, before we realized all the busses are gone and no one else is coming. Local police nearby said the tour charters are all gone by this time of the day. We called customer service, and they were no help. The tour guide and the customer service agent on the phone completely dismissed us. We were promised a full refund due to their errors, and we never received a reimbursement of any kind. Ten out of ten, do not recommend touring with this company as they are negligent, dismissive and very rude. They will take your hard earned money and run.
Overall very good. Our guide is soft spoken and beautiful. She makes every person understands about the tour and sightseeing points.

Group size was too large for my liking. The guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and organized in keeping the group moving. Not necessarily a tour I would recommend during the peak summer heat and tourist crowds. However the sites/stops were great.
Arrive at the pick-up point at least 20 mins early as it is chaos with lots of other tours departing from the same place. Myself and others struggled to find our Tour Guide/coach as she wasn't wearing anything to distinguish her, nor holding a sign denoting which trip she was from. The Tour Guide Alice (I think that was her name) was lovely - she was informative and gave handy tips and useful suggestions in each place we stopped. She was particularly kind and helpful to solo travellers like myself. It's a long day out but totally worth it - Sermione in particular is absolutely beautiful. A fantastic opportunity to see 3 amazing places and have a boat ride on one of the Italian Lakes - one bucket list item ticked off! Wear appropriate clothing, comfy footwear and have plenty of fluids if a hot day. Enjoy!
It was in a fast paced. If you like fast, it will be for you. On the other side, we had some time for walking.

We were really satisfied with the tour. Kevin is a perfect, proficient guide. Intelligent, gave us practical advice, told us a lot of interesting facts about Milán, Verona and Sirbione. The boat trip was a magnificient experience, too. Giulio, the driver is proficient, too. We can recommend this tour.
