Incredible experience
Czestochowa, the Black Madonna, and the visit to the birthplace of Pope John Paul II was nothing short of amazing. The driver, Paul, was outstanding as was our tour guide in Czestochowa. A very memorable experience.

Best tour in Krakow, thanks to Ollie the guide.
This tour was the best tour i ever had in Poland. The price is reasonable but the customer experience is the one that iis really commendable. Ollie was so super nice and was so way over the top customer service skills. He made sure that we are comfortable and he also cared for an elderly who was with this tour. He made sure that prior to going back to the van, that air conditioner is on and inside is cold, it was about 94F when we went. He even dropped me off to the Divine Mercy Sanctuary for me to meet my other tour. That was above and beyond.
This tour was a last minute booking because the other tour that i also booked with Get Your Guide (different tour company) canceled out on me the day before the tour. So finding this tour and was accomodated last minute was really nice. I wasn't expecting nice but I was wrong, this is the best tour i ever had.
Thank you, Ollie for all that you did .

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Our driver: Ollie was kind, helpful, and made us feel completely at ease in every respect. The nun who acted as our guide, whose name I don't remember, was delightful, empathetic, and very knowledgeable.

Visit to Czestochowa and Wadowice, with Paul.
We made the reservation individually through GetYourGuide, and the provider was Pael Travel Pawet Rosót. To my surprise, Paul, who was our driver and improvised guide, came to pick us up at the hotel as planned, but individually since there was no one else in our taxi. It was extraordinary since he made himself available to carry out the visit as scheduled. We first visited Jasna Góra, two hours from Krakow, where the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Czestochowa is located. He took us to the information office where a guide from the Monastery explained in Spanish the entire history of the Black Madonna and the Monastery for about an hour. After that, we had an hour to visit the entire Monastery individually, and at the scheduled time, Paul was waiting for us to take us to Wadowice, another long trip of two hours. There, he took us to the birthplace of Pope John Paul II, now turned into a museum, and right next to the church where he was baptized, which has many memories. At the birthplace, the service is provided with an audio guide in Spanish, but the museum is relatively new and worth visiting. Once the visit was completed, we had free time to explore the city and eat, and at the agreed time, we returned to Krakow, on a trip of approximately one hour.
I just want to thank Paul for his patience and the good relationship we had throughout the trip; it was truly extraordinary.

Felt we were rushed and poor service
I am writing to make a formal complaint and request a refund, based on our experience yesterday.
1. Misleading description & incorrect duration
• We booked and paid for 7.5 hours service described as a full day.
• Actual breakdown:
• 1.5 hr travel there
• Only 2.5 hr at the camp
• 1.5 hr return to Kraków
• Total = just 5.5 hours, far less than paid for or advertised. We were noticeably rushed throughout.
2. Unfair & inappropriate comments
• You stated everyone arrived on time apart from two people. This remark was unnecessary and upsetting.
• My friend is disabled — please be more considerate in future. We also informed you well in advance: 30 minutes before finishing that we had seen everything planned and were taking the shuttle bus to the other camp.
3. Unprofessional attitude
• There was unnecessary bickering directed toward us, which is not acceptable.
I expect:
• Full explanation
• Refund for the unused paid hours
• Confirmation recorded formally
If unresolved quickly, I will proceed to raise this officially via Booking.com and share my full feedback.
