From hotel Gastronomic Zipaquira and salt cathedral (group tour)

Description
We invite you on a journey that transcends tourism to connect with our origins. Experience an authentic adventure that blends archaeology, colonial legends, and the passion of cycling. This is not just a visit; it's a journey through the history of the Muisca, the ancient guardians of "White Gold (salt)," whose wisdom still whispers among the mountain's tunnels. From modern Bogotá, we chart a route to the source: we honor the resilience of our cyclists, like Egan Bernal, with coffee and snacks in hand, and descend 180 meters underground to reveal the mysticism of the Salt Cathedral. It's not just about religion; it's a journey through an engineering marvel where faith and rock merge into a Colombian wonder. Unlike traditional tours, we take you on a journey to immerse yourself in history. The journey culminates in the colonial heart of Zipaquirá, strolling through its Main Square and celebrating the diversity of our countryside with regional cuisine paired with Andean music.

It’s was really good . Guide was really good and he did explained everting in detail. . Even lunch was good
I took this tour and the experience was very good from beginning to end. One point I really value is that they include hotel pickup, which makes everything much more comfortable and avoids worrying about transportation. Zipaquirá is a place with a lot of charm. Its historic center is very well preserved and has architecture that invites you to stay a while longer. The Salt Cathedral is also truly impressive. As a suggestion for improvement, I think it would be a great addition to include a visit to the Gabriel García Márquez Museum in the itinerary, as it would provide an additional cultural component and further enrich the experience for those of us visiting the city. In general, I totally recommend taking this tour with Néstor, who was a wonderful guide.
It was a nice tour the driver and our host Esteban were very attentive to all the questions, easy pick up, comfortable transportation, enough time, perfect ride!!!
Excellent, very reliable; they contact you a day before. The guide is exceptionally friendly, making you feel like a friend.
Was well organized, bus was comfortable with wifi, we got some historical insight from the guide, who was speaking very good English

The salt Cathedral is a good place to visit. It's a group bus tour starting from Bogota. The driver and the guide was polite. The guide was able to communicate well in English. Had a good time in the Cathedral, Zipaquira city centre and had good Columbian food in the restaurant(own expense). Also tasted Columbian coffee(included in the tour). Booked this tour only a day before my trip but the response was good.
Nice and chill day to explore the church, the tour guide was super informative and helpful with any questions I had
It's quite a drive to get up to the Salt Cathedrat, so it was really nice to have an ad transport option available. The day was a little bit more than we expected, however, and the lunch stop was much longer than we expected, but it was still a beautiful one and a great day.
