From Hanoi 4-Day: NinhBinh & Halong Bay Cruise with balcony

Positives: *good communication from the company throughout * friendly and helpful staff * hotel lovely with great pool and rooms *great location to stay in * pick ups and drops were on time and drivers friendly *Quan was fantastic - knowledgeable and helpful *loved the cycle ride *boat area well organised *cruise staff were fantastic *food on the cruise was delicious *activities from the cruise were great fun *enjoyed the spring roll making, squid fishing and karaoke *excellent catering for vegetarian and fussy eaters! Little improvements: *the limo which took us from Ninh Binh to Halong Bay had 2 broken seat belts at the back so could use and a missing hammer for breaking the window in case of emergency *the boat trip in Ninh Binh was great but too long. Maybe a choice of duration could be given *a mix of meat and fish options for dinner on the cruise would be good Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely few days.

I have mixed feelings about this trip. On the one hand, there were several occasions when I wasn't quite sure what was going to happen next. I felt there could have been clearer communication about what to expect, particularly regarding accommodation and transport. There were changes to the hotel in Ninh Binh and to some of the transport arrangements. As someone who likes to know exactly what is planned (perhaps a bit of a control freak!), I found this a little uncomfortable. On the other hand, I have to say that everything ultimately worked out well and the trip ran smoothly. The tour operator was always very responsive on WhatsApp and did their best to answer my questions and resolve any concerns. In the end, the organisation proved reliable, even if the communication beforehand could have been clearer. All in all, I believe this is simply the way things work in Vietnam, where plans can be a little more flexible than what I am used to. Regarding the destinations themselves, we absolutely loved Ninh Binh and, if we had the chance, we would definitely have stayed there longer. Ha Long Bay was undeniably beautiful and well worth seeing, although we found it to be extremely crowded

We had the most amazing time on the 4D3N trip. We loved the mix between activities and relaxation getting to see both Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay. I was able to message the company at any time with questions and they were so helpful at answering very quickly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore north Vietnam.

I had an amazing experience with this tour. On the morning of departure, I still had a remaining payment to make to the operator. They patiently waited for me before the pickup and handled everything in a very clear and professional way, providing an official stamped invoice. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated that one of the team members even walked me safely to the vehicle, especially considering how busy the streets of Hanoi can be. My first stop was Ninh Binh, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The scenery was peaceful, beautiful, and a perfect escape from the city. My guide was fantastic throughout the day, always attentive, helpful, and making sure I was comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Although it wasn't a large property, it was incredibly charming. The staff were always smiling and treated me like family. One of my favorite moments was cycling around the village and admiring the stunning golden rice fields surrounding the area. The Ha Long Bay trip was equally impressive. The driver was careful and made me feel safe during the journey. The cruise itself was very clean, the food was delicious, and the cruise manager was professional, friendly, and attentive to every guest. A huge thank you to Rose, John, Tim, and the entire team for making my trip to Northern Vietnam so memorable. Everything was well organized, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the experience. I absolutely fell in love with this region and will definitely book with your company again when I return to Vietnam. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. It's a great tour to get to know Ninh Binh and Ha Long. Everything is well organized. In the day trip you see a lot of nice places. The hotel in Ninh Binh is amazing and they have great bikes to explore the area. The cruise was amazing as well. The staff made sure we had a great time and the tours times were great as the places weren't too crowded when we arrived there. The agency was really helpful with everything and responded right away. I would recommend this tour.
