Was a great day. Andrea was very knowledgable and helpful and made a great guide! Short walking tour of Como followed by coach to Lugano with the right amount of spare time for us. Boat trip from Menaggio to Bellagio was fine. Bellagio was really crowded but worth seeing. The boat trip back to Como from Bellagio was extremely busy since it's a pubic ferry and we sometimes found it hard to hear/understand what Andrea was saying. Sure glad we didn't have to line up as individuals to get on the ferry, the lineup was incredibly long. We got a little mixed up as to where to meet the group to leave and whatsapp'd Viator who was extremely helpful and got Andrea to call us. His motto is leave no one behind and he was great. Definitely glad we took the tour and would recommend it to others!
