Fresh Pasta Class Create and Taste between Tuscany and Umbria

Ilaria was an amazing host. She made us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the recipes we made was unique explaining some of the history of pici. She was so kind and patient, and made accommodation for allergies. We had such a good time and I will definitely return for another class.

I participated in Ilaria's cooking class with my boyfriend, and we could not have asked for better! It was an incredibly engaging experience from the very first moment. We learned the basics and the techniques of typical Tuscan cooking. ​A special credit also goes to the presence of the grandmother: a true pillar of tradition, who conveys all the love and passion for the cooking of the past. Furthermore, it was evident that the dishes were truly authentic, thanks to the use of homegrown products, such as fresh eggs from their hens or herbs directly from the garden.
