Great trip, communication could do better.
Communication via whats app was incorrect and seemed like we weren't the only ones either. On arrival to the pick up point others were confused with timings given.
However ours was slightly different. I had spoken with someone on whats app and asked for 2 options.
1) pick up from hotel via bus and then boat at Old Town
2) pick up from hotel and boat from Falaraki
Through whats app's I had been told based on their map that a boat could also pick up from our hotel so we opted for this only to be told we had to get to the pick up point at Falaraki ourselves for that option!
Long story short the communication prior to the pick up was shambles and non professional with having spoken to someone the night before then who said they cannot rectify the issue and with no solution for me either.
However the trip itself was great. Staff, boat and trip every thing else was great. I think a longer trip could be arranged or an earlier pick up seeing as 3hours at Symi goes quickly as soon as you have eaten lunch and many other tours do 1hr at St Georges Bay so woudl have liked that time rather than 30mins.

Nice Symi but …
Direct from Faliraki Beach means a bus transfer to Amada Colossos Hotel Beach that is not mentionned and took 40 minutes from the time we had to be at the port. Very disappointed.
Symi is a very charming Island.
Staff in the boat is so kind, professional and helpful.
The boat was shaking a lot so if you don’t feel bad in boats you should take a slower one.
The swimming stop in St George Bay is wonderful as the departure wait from Symi is so hot.
At the end a nice but tiring journey.

Arrive very early to get on the boat the queues are HUGE!
I was so excited to go on this trip and Loved symi and the island itself and the swim stop was nice too, the crew were very friendly despite huge queues to get in the boat in the first place (make sure you arrive very early!)
It was a real shame that they allow people to reserve seats on the boat for the return journey as this caused chaos of people boarding and moving people’s things and try and find available seats, we ended up having to go back to the boat 50 mins and missing valuable time on Symi Island just to get seats together as a family as the boat was 80% reserved seats from the inbound journey despite the crew saying boarding didn’t start until 20 mins before we left?!

Perfect excursion! Very good organization!
We had an excellent day! We laughed a lot on the way there when we were getting buckets of water in our faces, it was very fun. The island of Symi is very beautiful. We also really enjoyed the swimming time at St. George's Bay.
