We had a fantastic time on the e-bike tour with Melbourne by Bike. It really is the perfect way to see the sights of Melbourne in a short, relaxed period of time. The e-bikes were so much fun and made getting around the city effortless, while still giving us the chance to take everything in. John, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to all the best spots and shared plenty of interesting information along the way. One of the highlights was even seeing dolphins in the Yarra — apparently a rare sight, which made the experience even more memorable! I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the best of Melbourne without spending hours walking around. A fun, relaxed and memorable way to explore the city.
We had a fantastic day and a great tour with Stefano. It’s unbelievable how much we saw in just one day. It’s the perfect way to explore the city and get a very good impression of Melbourne in a short timeframe . Not too tiring, but you get to see so much more than you would on foot. Since it was a small group, he was able to tailor the tour to our interests—sports for the kids and culture for us. He was very flexible and adapted as needed. He also gave us extra tips on buildings to visit on our own, fun things to do and great places to eat. We booked on short notice but had excellent communication. It was a top-notch experience!
This was a very enjoyable city bike tour. Joyce took us to many different places. From city grounds, markets, arcades to murals, parks and cool neighborhoods (Fitzroy). A real good blend of covering some ground plus many very good explanations provided. The perfect friendly and welcoming tour to start our visit of Melbourne. Thanks a ton, Joyce!
Stefano took the 2 of us through a fabulous bike tour of historic Melbourne City centre and close suburbs. He really is a great guide, very welcoming, knowledgeable in multiple areas, and you can tell he loves his city ! This tour of the city really felt as if a friend of the family was taking the time to show us around what is good and what he likes about Melbourne. Bonus, Stefano, without explicitly saying it, particularly enjoys a good restaurant, which makes him a great force of proposition for whichever gastronomy and whatever budget you're after ! Thanks Stefano ! 🙏
We had a fantastic bycicle trip with guide David in Melbourne center and suburbs. We realy enjoyed seeing all the the beautiful aspects of Melbourne. But moreover, socializing with David and his stories about Melbourne and Australian life were on top!
John was an awesome guide. Really interesting commentary, good pace, genuine local knowledge.
My friend Prue and I had a FANTASTIC time on the bike tour, lead by John. He was a knowledgable and entertaining guide and took us to wonderful locations that showed the best of Melbourne. It was a fun-filled day and I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether new to the city, or like us, partly familiar with it. Thanks also to our fellow riders Wendy and Dave whose happy company also contributed to the excellent experience.
Joyce, my guide, was amazing. Fun, interesting and a wealth of knowledge. Joyce had the answer to every question I asked. The ride itself was safe, easy, and the bike lane infrastructure in Melbourne is incredible. The bike was in great condition. I upgraded to an ebike, purely for pleasure. At first I felt the price overall was a tiny bit steep, but it was worth every cent. I’ll be booking again later in the year when I am back in town with my husband. Great way to spend a few hours in Melbourne. Thanks Joyce, and Melbourne by Bike.
we had a wonderfull time with John who was a very good guide. He took us not only for biking but also took the time to enter several buildings and organised a very small quiz with a nice price ;-)? Well worth to do this tour.
I was told to try a bike tour in Melbourne and I'm so glad I did — this was one of the best. John was a fantastic guide — knowledgeable, entertaining, and full of great local stories that brought the city to life. The tour was perfectly paced and thoughtfully curated, covering all the key places of interest without ever feeling rushed. For anyone with just a few days in Melbourne, this is absolutely the way to do it.
