Our tour guide Marcelo was punctual , fun and professional . He made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable me and my son conquered our fears by diving into the waterfall ending with it at the hot springs which made it so relaxing at the end. Definitely recommmed booking this if you love nature and create an unforgettable moment with your family!
Marcelo was very knowledge and kind and gave us time to explored. The locations were lovely. Marcelo was a gentlemen and patient.
We were visiting Boquete and decided to check out the Hot Springs from the nearby volcano. We decided on the Thermal Wells and Limestone Baths tour. We made our reservation online. It took about 15 minutes with confirmation within minutes. The instructions were very clear. You just need your passport handy because it will be needed to make the reservation. The next morning we were met by our guides Richard and Solis at our hotel. After introductions, we were off to the Piedras Pintadas, our first stop. These are hieroglyphics left by the indigenous people on rocks. The rocks were at the back of a cow pasture and about a 10 minute walk from where we parked. Richard, explained what the hieroglyphs meant and also showed us the portal to the other world. Our second stop was Balnierio Piedra Caliza, the limestone ponds and a small waterfall. We were given a demonstration of making body paint using tree parts found floating in the water at the pools and a rock. At the Falls we did cliff diving into the waterfall pool. Very exhilarating! Our third stop was Caldera Hot Springs. The thermal springs, ranged from warm to very hot. We spent most of the time in the very hot and got a little lightheaded. We finished the day with a meal at a local restaurant called Melissa‘s Place. The food was very tasty and we left stuffed. Then we were back to our hotel. Our guide and driver, Richard and Solis were very helpful, informative and FUN. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend this excursion.

Yamir was a wonderful guide! He picked up us in the central park and took us to the most lovely cascade walk. He was knowledgeable of the area and we learned a lot about the local community thanks to him. The cascades were a natural blessing, but the thermal waters were majestic! Looooved this tour so do much.
