Our driver, Manuel, informed us throughout the journey and at the places we visited about the history, the locations, and the route we should visit. Had a great time on this trip. Fatima was not what I was expecting but really good to see and something a bit different. Batalha was a lovely church/monetary in a gothic style, was really quiet which was nice change to all other tourist sites we've been to. Nazare was really good, had some wonderful sea food in the restaurant overlooking the beach and the little light house and information centre about the big wave is a must. The best bit of the tour for me was Obidos, such a great walled town you can walk around the edge of, not for the faint hearted or people with fear of height though. Our guide Luis was perfect, was very knowledgeable and was always happy to explain things and tell you bits and bobs about Portugal as a whole as well as the tour site. I would recommend this trip as a change to the Sintra.

Lucia is the best tourist guide. She gave us all the best information about each places that we went to. She is highly recommended and it is a must to request for her. She is very accommodating, knowledgeable and very sweet. I would do it again and i would love Lucia to be with us again when my family comes back to Portugal.
