From the beginning I had the feeling that this Machu Picchu tour was designed for people looking for more than just a sightseeing tour. Every explanation and every moment lived made the place seem to have an animation, a story, a meaning. The guide conveyed a real connection with Andean culture, so that I could understand each of its characteristics in a more humane way. What I valued the most was the pace of the tour: there was no rush or set time, quite the opposite, I could look, observe and, really, feel the place. Machu Picchu ceased to be just an image to become a complete experience, an entire experience, not a beautiful tourist destination. It’s a perfect tour for those who hope to take something deeper than simple graphic memory. Ideal for those who consider that travel is about living authentic experiences, in which there is room for introspection, to feel, to connect, to live, an entire Andean legacy.
