A round of applause for Tiziana, who made this tour unforgettable with her friendliness, cheerfulness, and professionalism! Her advice was excellent at every moment. The tour was in English, but she still provided all the information in Italian. Capri has its charm, as everyone knows, but Tiziana added that extra something that made the difference. For example, she took some photos of us while we were on the small boat waiting to enter the Blue Grotto. But the highlight was when she suggested an additional boat tour… simply spectacular, thanks also to the skill and friendliness of the captain, Marco. In conclusion, a wonderful tour, organized impeccably and, thanks to Tiziana, incomparable. Emotions to keep in our hearts forever.❤️
I absolutely recommend touring with Cioffi Tours, specially with Tiziana as your Tour Guide. She was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did she get us to the Blue Grotto and the Chair Lift first (no long wait), she also brought a vibe that is just unmatched. Vincenzo was absolutely the best tour guide!!! He accommodated everyone with a great attitude (there were a few people in our group coming from a cruise, so the schedule was a bit off for them -- but Vincenzo handled it all!) There were some options of doing other activities (extra fee) throughout tour, but Vincenzo was flexible with each person's choice. It made it all very enjoyable with no stress and no fuss!
This is by far the ABSOLUTE best tour. We were fortunate enough to have Vincenzo as our guide. He truly fulfilled all of our expectations. The blue grotto was closed down with the possibility of not being able to get in, he received a call they were opening it up for one hour, he swiftly got us a taxi to get down there and we were able to get it in. On top of this our family wanted an authentic lunch, he took us to the best spot on Capri!!! This was the best tour of our whole vacation! It is very authentic and he shows you the local hang outs and back alleys. I can’t say enough, we don’t want the day to end. If you are thinking about this tour, I would highly suggest asking for Vincenzo to be your guide!!!!
Vincenzo was an outstanding guide from beginning to end. He was punctual, warm, friendly, and exceptionally well organized. Thanks to his careful planning and local connections, we visited the Blue Grotto and all the other attractions with minimal waiting. He also arranged a boat tour for us at a discounted price. As a former resident of Capri, Vincenzo has excellent local knowledge and offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the day. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made extremely efficient use of our time. Not a moment was wasted. At the end of the tour, he even created and shared a wonderful video featuring memorable moments and highlights from our day. It was a very thoughtful finishing touch. I am genuinely glad Vincenzo was assigned as our guide and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Capri.
We had a fantastic day as a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children) on this tour. Our tour guide was Vincenzo and he was fantastic. He took such great care of our group. We were in Naples for a limited amount of time (as our cruise ship was docked there for the day) and he ensured us we would be back to our ship on time. We took a ferry from Naples to Capri and boarded a small van with a few other people to explore the island. He switched things around to minimize lines. We did the chairlift up to Mount Solaro and that was exceptional even for the younger kids. He recommended an excellent restaurant in Anacapri after and ensure our food came out to our likely. After we were able to take the gondola boats into the Blue Grotto for a once in a lifetime experience before heading into the famous city of Capri. We had a great day and would highly recommend if someone is looking for a smaller group experience. We loved!
We were a family of 10, so a private tour was perfect for us! We were very lucky to get Vincenzo as our tour guide! He took such great care of us and arranged everything for a fabulous excursion. He met us right as we exited the terminal and displayed a sign with our name. From then on, we were in his capable hands. He did give us options for how long we wanted to stay out. This was near the end of our trip and the days have been long and hot, so we chose a slightly shorter trip. Vincenzo knows a lot of people and has great connections to help speed along the process. He understands the flow of the crowds and steers you away from long lines. He has secret spots to show you and it is all worthwhile. Visiting Capri while docking at the port of Naples is such a beautiful way to spend your valuable time on shore. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of us with no worries on our part. For fun, excitment, and beautiful scenery, my recommendation is taking this tour with Vincenzo!
