Marta and Margaret were both great drivers, we had Marta on way to energylandia and Margaret on way home. Both arrived exactly on time. (Margaret even returned earlier than planned on way home as requested) Both very chatty and knowledgeable about the trip and Poland and provided us with a great history lesson on the ride to and from the venue. So as a family with two made roller coaster enthusiasts (And one not so much) there was no way we could travel to Krakow and not go to Energylandia The booking process was simple and the communication was brilliant. Our host was Niko and he was by far the most informative and helpful person ever. He contacted us the evening before with our pick-up info and was there on time. Niko had so much info on Krakow and places to see and places to eat. He even WhatsApp a full list of places for us to check out and we did indeed find a few amazing places to eat and bars because of him. Coming home it was Niko colleague and again pick up was on time and a great journey home. Energylandia is amazing and really quite big so we didn’t manage to go the water park but will return next year fully ready to work our way through the most amazing theme park ever and we will book again through the same company, Thousand Miles. 10/10 from us

Simon picked us up on time, he was very friendly, explained everything to us, made sure we got in ok, we loved every minute of the park, amazing experience from start to finish, he was on time to pick us, and very friendly again, even my husband slept the whole way back, haha , definitely recommend, and hopefully if we visit again, we will ask for Simon, thankyou 😀

Our driver Pawel was right on time and was very friendly. Picked us up for our app and explained during the ride how he would guide us to the entrance of the park. We could even choose what time we wanted to return. Return drive was also excellent and even early on we still wanted to stop on the way. Had a really nice day.

We bought a family ticket to Enrgylandia with pick up. The driver was Pawel and he was very kind and friendly. He shared his knowledge with us about Poland and it was a very pleasant ride with him. He was right on time for the pick up and the return so we definitely recommend Pawel. The park was great and although it was a very hot day the kids had great time. Because it is a very big park with lots of facilities we are sorry for not booking 2 days there so we could really use all that it offers.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Olaf (driver) contacted me the day before with a pick up time, arrived on time and was really knowledgeable, he even helped get us into the theme park which was well worth a visit. Great value for money.
