+Safe bike paths +Very decent electric bikes +Blissful route to Sausalito and back (have not taken the ferry), was perfectly doable at 4 h. We also did a terrace and still had time to discover the other side of the presidio. +Competent and friendly staff who gave a clear explanation about the use of the bikes. +Pretty pricey, but would do it again;)
Wow, that sure sounds like a five-star review to me!
A friend said rising over the GG was one of the best ever life experiences for her. That gave us no choice 🤣 It was absolutely amazing, we took electric bikes and that was a very wise choice. Sausalito was lush We rode back over, took a ride to the Japanese Tea Garden (not brilliant) and then we detoured back so we could ride down Lombard Street. The kids loved that 😍. Then a short ride back to drop off. The staff were all amazing. Thanks for a great day
E-biking down Lombard Street! Quintessential San Francisco experience. Glad your friend gave you no choice but to bike with us.
Excellent and recent bikes. Good service, only not everyone was very friendly. Thanks in particular to the Irish employee, she made everything right with her kindness! Furthermore, also nice plan to use during the bike ride.
So glad you enjoyed your ride with us. Yes, we love our Irish students who help us out over the summer!
What a wonderful day. The tour was fantastic. Bill , our guide was very knowledgeable taking us all around the San Francisco area. Could not of been any better. The e bikes were very easy to operate and made the climb over the golden gate a breeze.
We love hearing that you tour with Bill could NOT have been better. Thank you!
Very nice tour, our guide was superb. He took a lot of pictures when we asked. Very patient and knowledgeable of the area. Definitely one of nicest bike tours we've had so far.
We're so happy to hear we top your list of bike tours so far in your life!
Rising e bikes across the Golden Gate Bridge and having lunch in Sausalito is a quintessential must do in San Francisco. The ride is quick so we only booked for two hours but I would recommend the half day to enjoy a longer lazier lunch and take your time exploring the return trip.
Our guide Peter was knowledgeable, funny, patient and very user friendly. It was our first time on electric bikes and he accommodated our needs perfectly. We would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic tour.
Thank you, George! Peter actually has his own YouTube channel and specializes in neighborhood history here in San Francisco. He's a fascinating guide. Thanks for the review!
Very good quality bike with excellent service. They allowed me to swap a bike when the battery was low. Came with bike locks so that I could park and navigate the shops on foot.
That sounds amazing! One of the things people don't always realize is that San Francisco is only 7 miles by 7 miles. That makes it incredibly easy to swing back by the shop and swap your bike when the battery is getting low. We're so glad you were able to take advantage of that service. Thanks for the great review!
Joel, our guide was entertaining, warm and extremely knowledgeable about all the different areas of the city we biked. He had a terrific sense of humor as well and I wanted to take him home! Lol The important thing to know is that crossing the bridge itself can be a stressful experience because of all of the pedestrians along with other cyclists. Other than that, not so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who cycles.
We love Joel. Thank you for the great review and come back anytime.
