Itinerary
Le Vieux Bassin, the quaint houses of the Quai St. Catherine in old Honfleur. The cradle of Impressionism.
The timber church of Sainte-Catherine, which looks like a ship upside down, was constructed in the 15th century by shipbuilders.
The houses are home to a scenographic and musical trail that pays tribute to the musician and composer Erik Satie, born here in 1866.
If you stroll in the St Leonard quarter, you will come across this nice and hidden garden.
The old church of Saint - Léonard existed on its site in 1186. Located in the heart of the district of the same name.
The "greniers à sel" were warehouses for salt, which you can still visit today.
Walking around Le Vieux Bassin we came to a very prominent old building Lieutenance d'Honfleur which bore a large plaque in honor of Samuel de Champlain.
This beautiful museum is housed in one of Honfleur's most beautiful historic houses. You can find it in the historic side street Rue de la Prison.
One of the major squares in town, a good place to wander or to sit in a cafe and admire the atmosphere, or do some people watching.
Memorial to the man who founded Quebec. Honfleur has a long history of explorers
A good landmark when entering Honfleur. This lighthouse appears in several impressionist paintings.
The Church of Saint-Etienne, the oldest in the city, dating back to the 14th century, is now home to the Maritime Museum since 1976.
Au Coeur De La Ville is located in the center of Honfleur, a 2-minute walk from Honfleur's Old Harbour, 100 meters from Sainte Catherine Square

Very good concept. Just a little difficult to understand how to download and start the game. We were able to do it at our own pace, about 4 hours. One or two puzzles were complicated. For example, finding the phones and lights. Nothing to do in this game about heritage. Excellent concept all the same for discovering the city.
We did this scavenger hunt in Honfleur. You pass all the highlights and get information about them. Then you have to answer a question. This was also fun for our 8 year old. The questions are not difficult and do not need to be run in order. Some regret I found with the Dutch version anyway, that there was no question in time for the questions. Just the answers. So we had to guess that sometimes.
I was on a bus day trip on 7/18 from Paris. Our bus arrived late and I had a terrible time trying to take this tour - plus my time was extremely limited. I couldn’t call and emailed for a refund same day. They wouldn’t refund me.
You say "don't do this tour," but you haven't done it yourself? We don't understand this review.
We started the scavenger hunt after a few stops, we realized how close everything was and didnt feel it was worth using data to finish
Beautiful day, this experience allows to discover places where we would not have gone and to know the history of the village.
Very good activity! We organized it for a company outing with three groups of 5 people and it was very nice. We discovered small places very nice and confidential. The organization was very good. pity that you can not buy several vouchers at once and that you have to make a purchase/payment for each group. If you do not visit museums when indicated the game can be done in 1h30/2h.
It was a very entertaining city tour. The children had fun and the parents could enjoy the beautiful Honfleur. Despite last minute booking, it was possible to start within 30 minutes. The information at each station was interesting and concise. Points deduction only for the price, it is an online game which can only be played once.
Very nice to do to discover the essential points of the city in the form of games. It deserves to be on an app to make it easier to use. Translations are also sometimes approximate.
Very nice way to get to know a city. You will learn all kinds of facts and walk from one highlight to another.
