Best bikes in the city.
Great new Bikes The best way to see the cityscape and waterfronts.we did the 3 hr rental and it worked out perfectly,

Great e-bike experience!
This was great fun! We had a helpful introduction to using the bikes and were given directions and a map to follow around to Stanley Park area. The bikes were great to ride and easy. To control.
We hired them for 3 hours which was perfect and allowed us to take our time and stop around the route.
Highly recommend these bikes 🙂

Would highly recommend
We had a great time out on the electric bikes. Alien was easy to find and Kathryn and Darren were brilliant at explaining everything to us and making sure we were safe riding around before we were let lose alone 😂 Would highly recommend 🚲

Fantastic Half Day activity
Loved riding these E-bikes. They were by far the best kept bikes on the Vancouver bike trail. Awesome 5 hours of exploring!

vacation memories
great bike ride along the Vancouver seawall for three hours. A dedicated bike lane with markings made for an easy, enjoyable outing for an afternoon. Darin did a bang up job setting us up with bikes, maps and advice.

Stanley Park in Ebike Tour
I wanted to visit Stanley Park and my time was quite limited. So I decided to rent an Ebike online. Everything was a simplicity and a facility that made me much more and allowed me to easily make my visit because the people at Ebike rentals Vancouver by Alien explained to me very well how the bike works, and also to provide me with a map for my ride with its peculiarities.

Get your money’s worth and more!
We had the best experience! Some of us had ridden bikes, some hadn’t ridden in decades. The wonderful staff made sure that we all felt comfortable on the bikes. They had all of us practice before going out, made sure our safety gear fit properly and was fastened correctly. They were friendly, did not act rushed, and took time to make sure that we understood not only the features of the bikes, but also the path we would be biking on. We received a detailed map that they went over with us, circling important things to remember. It was worth every penny we paid to be treated so kindly and with such great customer service. The scenery was breathtaking! There are so many bike rental companies to choose from. Let us help you by saying CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Booking the bikes 2 days before the start was easy. The Service very good, as well as the briefing

The best bike tour ever
We had the eBikes total for 2 days. We booked it online beforehand and picked up the eBikes in the store the next day.
We were first received very friendly by the employee Ian. After a short instruction we were able to test drive on the square in front of the shop. Ian has given us suggestions on the possible route. We were very enthusiastic about his friendliness and professionalism.
The eBikes are in very well maintained condition and were wonderful to ride. We all enjoyed riding such a speed pedelec along the gorgeous coast of Vancouver.
Overall, we felt like friends with the “aliens”. We would very much like to recommend this Vancouver company to our friends with a clear conscience.
Next time we are back in Vancouver, we will definitely go back to the “aliens”!
