The tour was unorganized. You walk in and are at the mercy of the crowd (they had too many admitted in for the space). You had a scheduled tour time and they just had too many people. Unfortunately, most of the other tourist were rude. Letting their kids run and stepping on you or directly in front of you. I would highly recommend booking the first opening. Maybe too early to be crowded?

Beautiful tour that I highly recommend; Antonio is very knowledgeable and a special guide. We spent a very interesting morning with him.
Highly recommended tour, our guide Antonio was truly engaging and friendly. Many anecdotes, history, a few laughs, and 3 and a half hours passed. Even inside the long library, he always accompanied us, explaining details to optimize the time of the visit. Good culinary tips were not lacking.
Antonio was a great guide. His tour was interesting and fun, we never got bored because we learned a lot, even details not so commonly shared in tours. We visited the most important sites of Dublin with him, so we had a very good general introduction to the city, some places were analyzed more in depth, like the Trinity College library. Also, at the end of the tour, he shared plenty of interesting ideas and recommendations for restaurants, pubs and additional attractions. Highly recommended.
The tour with Antonio was wonderful, we learned a lot about Dublin, Ireland, etc., and he surprised us with many unexpected gems and curiosities! As friendly as he is knowledgeable, we highly recommend him!
The Dublin city tour was very interesting and our guide Elisa managed to make it very fun and engaging :) . It is well worth doing, especially if it is your first time visiting the city, to get a general overview of Dublin itself. Also recommended is a visit to Trinity College and the Book of Kells, for which Antonio is knowledgeable and engaging in giving explanations :)
