Great experience! Super easy ticket purchase, very easy to redeem at the park's entrance. The park was not crowded, so everything was smooth and fast - entering the park, purchasing food and bewerages, photos and even most of the rides - waiting times were between 0 - 15 mins. We had a great day!
we spent a day at Wild Wadi Waterpark. The park offers a diverse range of attractions suitable for all ages. we enjoyed the gentle slides and the lazy river, while my partner and I found the adrenaline-pumping Tantrum Alley exhilarating. The park is well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe environment.
We bought 4 tickets for the park. They just send you the receipt and that's no good at the box office. We lost 2 hours to resolve the situation. Calls, Whatsapp, Nothing practical. Very unhappy

Booked Wild Wadi package with meals for my children to save them taking cash to the waterpark. Meal vouchers weren’t valid. We contacted Point Click but they refused to issue new so the kids went hungry and left the park early. Contacted again, no explanation, no apology, promised a partial refund that after much chasing failed to materialise. Given up. Avoid.
we already did your partial refund and sent detail over whats whats app and you aknowledged immidiate refund not possible it will take 3-5 working days and same day i sent tickets with meal voucher but you already scanned first one then i assured you to refund for this an we did already we did as we promised , we did not any scam or nothing ....
The park is beautifully clean and well maintained and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly. Also, lifeguards are everywhere and very helpful. The water slides are really cool, the river is also amazing and peaceful to explore. You can try them all for free and as many times as you'd like.
