You get better deal when you book directly at the Dubai Safari Park website. Booking through Viator is not helpful.
It’s a full day out. Made better with good parking from the start. It’s a zoo/ safari for all the family. And the animals like it too. Once you are in the village jump on one of the trains to take you off the one suction of the park to start travels. Any animal lover will be impressed by the way all are catered for in the man made world/ village. And hungry there is a great restaurant called’Al-bait Alqudeem. Call them from the village phone and they collect you and take you to the restaurant for some good food. Nice restaurant good prices. Big portions. Im planning another visit as a lot of ground to cover.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. We’re happy to know you had a great day and look forward to welcoming you again.
Definitely skip the herbal entry admission option. Had to upgrade and pay more as the general only gets you into the park. No access to bus or safari.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand the concern and want to let you know that we also offer an upgraded option, which includes access to the bus and safari. You can check this option for a more complete experience next time.
The site itself is worth the visit. When purchasing general admission you will miss out on the tour. Go ahead and buy upgrades with bus and tour access. Otherwise you will walk and not really see much.
Thank you for your feedback! The upgraded option with bus and tour access is available with us—you can check it for a complete experience.
Booking through TripAdvisor was so easy, but it is not worth visiting. It's more like a park than a safari park. There is a separate admission pass, and when you enter, you buy a bus pass separately. For each animal you want to visit, you have to buy a separate ticket. It's super expensive and not worth it.
Dear valued visitor, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit to the safari park. We apologize that the attraction did not meet your expectations. We are a ticket provider only, and we do not manage the park's operations or pricing. Thank you for choosing us as your ticket provider. We hope to serve you better in the future.
Bad experience Very large areas With limited variation of animals I visited 10 zoo This is the worst Just to waste time I don't recommend

It was an amazing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vast habitats and seeing such a wide variety of animals up close. It’s a fantastic adventure for anyone who loves wildlife and nature.

The driver never showed up, and I woke up early for nothing. It completely ruined my plans. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
Apologies for the inconvenience. We will investigate this matter and provide a refund for your transportation cost.
Visited the park in November, the weather is great for spending all day outdoors. The walk took us about six hours. Very cool zoo with no cages, animals look very well maintained, the area is clean, no smell. We took a bus ticket with Safari, I strongly recommend it. The bus is true with glass, but still, the animals are clearly visible (even though they mostly slept). Ticket prices at the box office and on the website are the same, Union Pay GSB worked at the box office and inside in cafes and shops. For a dope fee, you can feed animals (raccoons, giraffes), buy better also at the checkout, but you can pay inside. There's a schedule of performances, unfortunately, none were on (( The kid really enjoyed the kid farm, especially the goat area 🤭 Located a park far from the subway, if you drive - there is a large parking. We took a taxi from the centre (150 dirhams) and back to the nearest subway (centerpoint - about 50 dirhams).
Thank you for your detailed feedback
