Dubai Global Village and Miracle Garden Tour with Transfers

Be wary we booked the trip less than 24 hours to go the tour operator rang to say they didn’t pick up from our area . Cost us another £60 . Viator didn’t want to know

I made the reservation 3 days in advance and they canceled me with a few hours to go, I try to communicate with the attendance numbers and no one answers me, I DO NOT RETURN MY MONEY!!!

The experience was bad, waiting for the car to be picked up at the hotel from 2pm, then to pick up the others, when the place is 4pm, the Miracle Garden has only 2 hours to shop, can only walk to see the flowers, then to the global village, the global village also has only 2 hours, simply not enough to watch the show and wander, I recommend you buy your own ticket to watch, your own taxi, calculate the money is similar, you can also use your own time, and refund not to go, remember 24 hours in advance Oh, it says a certain day is not counted, it says 3 o'clock start, you have to calculate according to this time, 24 hours in advance, otherwise no refund

Best trip ever had unique collection of flowers at miracle garden and gloabl village a collect of mang cultures best for shopping music and fun

The place it self is beauty full , however, the driver was driving like a Maniac so much that several guest call to complain, we had two close calls with other cars in the road, I had to call Royal Sandbox Turism, which is the operator, because we were told ti wait at the Hotel Lobby and this guy did not even bother to call as he was late, he parked far away from the entrance with no need as the Hotel does have a driveway

The tour was cancelled and they never told me why. They never contacted me via WhatsApp (like all the other tour companies). Just sent me an email via Viator to ask whether I wanted to rebook or a refund. They never replied to my email to get the reasons for cancellation, which would have helped me choose a way forward.

We enjoyed the Miracle Garden experience and felt that we had enough time to explore and take pictures. The Global Village experience was not what we expected at all. We expected that we would be learning about different cultures and their history but instead it was more of a chance for people to sell their items. If you were not interested in buying something than you were pretty much out of luck in terms of anything else, which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to this. We were able to find more of what we were looking for at the Expo 2020 exhibits that we were at the Global Village.

Well organised tour at both these places by brother Taqi Hasan. Trustworthy and reliable services to use in Dubai. We had our own private transfer and the driver was pleasant and spoke in English fluently. We had no problem with using this company first time. When we come back to Dubai hopefully very soon we would use them again .
