As a local, born and raised in Douro Valley, I would love to take you to the authentic Douro Valley visiting family Quintas (Estates/Wineries) that produce wine already for several generations ; For us the most important in our tours is that you feel welcome and in family, with a maxim of 6 persons ; Let's visit outstanding viewpoints, taste amazing wines, olive oil, delicious food and enjoy unforgettable moments. We will also do a very relaxing cruise in a traditional Rabelo Boat in Pinhão. We will start our tour visiting an amazing viewpoint in Douro Valley, São Leonardo in Galafura , next a family (Quinta) winery with award - winning wines in there we will taste Porto wines, table wines and olive oil. Local gastronomy experience in a restaurant with traditional tasty food ; Visit to a small Estate / Winery (Quinta) in Douro Valley and taste their wines. Rabelo boat cruise in Pinhão, a Douro traditional boat After the boat cruise of 1 hour we will take you back at your hotel

Itinerary
Visit the panoramic sightseeing São Leonardo in Galafura, one of the most iconic places in Douro with a breathtaking view . A place full of history ands myths . Our famous writer Miguel Torga got his inspiration in this beautiful place.
We will visit a family winery/ Estate . You will have a guided visit and learn about the wine making process and taste excellent Doc wines and Porto wine ; 0live oil tasting
In Sabrosa we will take you to have lunch in a traditional restaurant with entrance, main meal , dessert paired with White and Red Douro Doc wine , the lunch it´s included in the price;
We will stop im this beautiful viewpoint
Visit the beautiful train station from the XIX Century, decorated with 24 pannels , hand painted that descrive the culture from Douro Valley
Rabelo boat river cruise of 1 hour enjoying a scenic landscape
Our tour will end with a visit and tastings in a fantastic familly winery;

Pickup Locations & Times
The Pickup and dropp off is included in Douro Valley in a radius of maxim 25 km from Peso da Régua our start point . Areas like Santa Marta de Penaguião, Mesão Frio , Lamego , Armamar , Tabuaço , Pinhão ; Important Information Regarding Pick-up Times: Our standard departure slots are 9:00 AM, 9:15 AM, and 9:30 AM. However, since we pick up guests from various locations throughout the Douro Valley, your exact pick-up time will be adjusted and confirmed based on the distance to our starting point (Peso da Régua). Please note: If your accommodation is located further away (e.g., 30 to 35 minutes away from Peso da Régua), your pick-up will need to be scheduled earlier than the standard tour time to ensure we keep on track. We can pick you up at your hotel , Airbnb house , train station or Harbor ; In case you are staying in Porto please contact us before you do a reservation /Porto is not included in our general Pickup areas ;

This was an exceptional experience, excellent wine at diverse producers in the region with inspiring stories who were so generous with their time and sharing their knowledge. Andreia and Valdemar were so wonderful: knowledgeable, kind, and generous. We took the train from Porto in the morning to arrive at 925 in Regua and they were willing to pick us up from the station and adjust the schedule for the day. We really appreciated how they timed our visits at each stop to avoid large crowds, and we had a very intimate experience throughout the entire day. We are already planning a return to the region to experience more!

We cannot recommend Andreia and Valdemar enough, such an amazing and authentic experience, which was so special and truly unforgettable. What stands out is Andreia and Valdemar's knowledge, authenticity, and willingness to accommodate. We took the train from Porto to Regua in the morning (720am-925am) and Andreia was willing to pick us up at the train station. We learned so much from the wineries we visited, and the wines were exquisite. The lunch was so delicious, and Andreia and Valdemar ensured that we were able to try local dishes. We went to amazing view points and they were able to time our arrival just as large groups were leaving so we had a very peaceful lookout. We are already planning a return trip in September to participate in the wine harvest and crushing the grapes :) Thank you so much Andreia and Valdemar, you were the highlight of our trip to Portugal!

This tour was a highlight of our time in Portugal. Andreia and Valdemar were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and gave us a thoughtful and fun day that highlighted the beauty of the area. They’re from the region and, both with their own stories and experiences and by connecting us with people who worked at the quintas, allowed us to get to understand the region in a much deeper way than we would on another type of tour. The tastings were fantastic, and we loved our local lunch and boat ride. This is a day we won’t forget, and we appreciate how special they made it for us. The only tip that we have (apart from making sure you book this tour) is to leave space in your case for all the incredible port wines and olive oils that you will pick up along the way!

Fantastic day! Ándreia and her husband, Valdemere, were fantastic tour guides. Valdemere navigated the roads beautifully and Andreia was so passionate and knowledgeable about her country. Loved the small family wineries and the lunch was one of our best meals. Best tour we have been on in Portugal!

Excellent wine tour with beautiful scenery, great wines, and a relaxing boat trip. Our guide was fantastic and even surprised me with two Super Bock beers during the excursion, which was a nice touch! The entire experience was well-organized, enjoyable, and a great way to spend the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
